Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the driveway was blocked during your stay and completely understand the frustration it caused with your appointments. If we had been made aware at the time, we would have done our best to help locate the vehicle’s owner or have it moved promptly. Regarding the front window, we are aware of the damage. A previous guest accidentally cracked it while sitting on the sill, and we are in the process of replacing it. Since the house is historic, the windows are non-standard sizes and sourcing the correct replacement has taken longer than expected, but we are working diligently to have it resolved. We truly regret that these issues affected your experience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Here’s a professional, empathetic response that addresses the concerns without admitting to claims you cannot verify: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We take cleanliness and maintenance very seriously, and our home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each guest’s arrival. We will review the items you mentioned with our team, including the bedding, bathroom supplies, and shower, to ensure everything is functioning and properly prepared for future guests. Regarding insects, our property is on a regular professional pest control schedule, which is common in our desert climate. While it is possible for an occasional insect to appear despite preventative treatments, this is not the experience we strive to provide. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience. We wish you all the best in your future travels. This response remains courteous, reassures future guests that you take concerns seriously, and avoids validating allegations that may not be accurate.

Thank you for your feedback. Our listing title and description clearly note that this is Unit A of a duplex, and the photos also reflect that layout. We always try to make that clear for guests before booking. Regarding parking, we kindly remind all guests that the driveway is shared and not designated for parking. During your stay, your truck was parked there, and we reached out through VRBO and by phone to have it moved — so I was a bit surprised by the comment about unclear communication. The front window repair was already scheduled prior to your arrival, and while it was safe and secure, we completely understand how you could have preferred a heads-up. We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to improve communication wherever possible. We’re glad you enjoyed the great location and nearby shops and restaurants, and we wish you all the best on your future travels!

Cassie, you booked the property for 70/night during ballon fiesta weekend! You confirmed me by messaging to make sure the booking exist. We even organized early check in so you could attend the first early. With these many messages back and forth, bot even once you mention the issue about the low water pressure, we would’ve totally fixed that if we were notified.
