This is the most beautiful house to rent, I actually never want to leave! The scenery is beautiful, the house is beautiful. It is so serene and quiet back in there. Lynn was an absolute wonderful host and I would definitely stay there again!
Really great views in a perfect quiet location close to anything! So much space, well equipped kitchen and plenty of indoor & outdoor space. We even used a travel cooler in the closet for snacks while hiking in both sides of the national park.Loved the outdoor patio , seating & hot tub. We had an end of year relax & refesh stay!Played games on the big dining room table at night and outside on the patio tables.Pictures truly represent how nice this home is!!!

Thanks sooo much for the kind review. It makes our day when our home helps make guests' Tucson trip more comfortable and enjoyable. It was great meeting your family and we hope to see you back again soon.

Gareth, thanks for the 5 stars.
Let me say that your team of young men who were here constructing an indoor play space for children were a total delight and some of the most interesting guests we’ve ever had. They were polite and kept the place spotless for the 5 weeks they stayed. They obviously worked hard, leaving early and returning late. They were wonderful in following the hot tub safety rules and in observing quiet time after 10 PM. In fact the neighbors loved having them here as much as I did. Quite an accomplishment for a group of 6 guys in their 20s and 30s. Please thank them, and thank you for renting from us
Lynne
Our family with teens had an excellent stay. When we arrived there were binders with information and restaurant menus which were very helpful and much appreciated. The host was welcoming and communicative, and even spent time talking to us about local activities and attractions. We loved hearing the coyotes at night and soaking in the hot tub. There is a large kitchen with all the amenities for cooking and a nice office space with bathroom that is away from the main living area. It is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful surroundings. An altogether terrific stay and host.

Very nice house. Lynn was extremely helpful with things to do. House is a little bit remote, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. I would stay again.

Dale, thanks for your kind review and comments, and most of all for staying with us. Yes, the house does feel remote although it’s only a mile to the large Safeway and several restaurants and service stations; and only two miles to the interstate I-10. Being on an acre at the end of a cul de sac with the very private entrance does provide for a feeling of peace and quiet. I like to say it’s the best of both worlds - seems like you’re way away from civilization, but you can walk to the grocery. It was a pleasure having you, and I must say you packed a lot of activities into your stay. I hope to see you again in the future
Lynne
The location was pleasantly quiet and had beautiful views of the mountains. Plenty of space for the five of us. It was an easy drive to all the places we wanted to see. We highly recommend this place.

This lovely Home at the base of the mountains provides nice views and very friendly owners. They paid great attention to detail in stocking the kitchen and the nice welcome basket. Not too far from Tucson, it was the perfect location for our four day stay.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for your nice comments. The weather was still pretty warm during your Labor Day weekend stay, but everything is nice sitting in the hot tub at night looking at the stars overhead and the city lights of Tucson down below. You were lucky enough to have the beautiful harvest moon as only it can be enjoyed in the desert. It was nice meeting you and I hope to see you both again sometime. Lynne
We had another great stay at Lynne and Bill’s property. The house is well- equipped and so spacious, perfect for our family. We love staying on the West side and the location feels secluded yet is a close drive to downtown, attractions and shopping. The hot tub is the icing on the cake.

This comfortable and well-appointed house provided a perfect home base for a visit with old friends, as well as hiking, bird-watching, and sight-seeing in and around Tucson. We loved bird-watching from the patio and got to watch Gila woodpeckers, kestrels, black-chinned hummingbirds, and Gambel's quail going about their daily business.

Elaine, Thank you so much for staying with us. I'm glad you got in some good hikes and did some bird watching. Our Tucson desert is home to and on the migration path for many species of birds. I hope you got to see one of my favorite, the oriole who shows up for a few weeks this time every year. Our rental offers great bird watching as it is on the big ravine which is both quiet and home to many birds, deer, javalina, rabbits, quail, and and occasional bobcat. Come back and enjoy some of our other seasons - each is different and special in its own way. Again, thank you!
Lynne
The property was private, more than large enough and had everything that we needed. I was very impressed and I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Tucson. The hosts were so kind and hospitable. 10 stars!!
We loved the home and it’s location was perfect for us.
Thank you for all the wonderful suggestions as to where to go with our dog. We had a great trip to Mt Lemmon probably one of the high lights of our whole trip.
Best to you and yours in 2023.

Our stay was wonderful! The home was beautiful and clean with lots of room to stretch out. The landscape was gorgeous and the hot tub inviting. With a great, quiet location, it was easy to get to the Desert Museum and other local attractions. Thank you for the gift basket. It was very nice to meet you, and make that Purdue connection!
