Private Pool Steps From the Beach
You've found your yearly vacation destination! This 1-bed, 1.5-bath condo on 80th Street sits oceanside, with views from the deck of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Bay. Guests will have access to the condo building's own pool, an elevator, and two assigned parking spots. Guests will sleep in two comfortable full beds. Kitchen is stocked with supplies. Beach equipment is also provided. Look no further - this is it!
This property is located on 80th Street on the ocean side of Coastal Highway.
Since there's a nature preserve on the opposite side of Coastal Highway, there aren't as many residential areas in the immediate area and our stretch of beach doesn't get quite as crowded as others in OC.
We're steps away from the beach (no need to cross Coastal Highway). You can walk to many restaurants, shops, and things to do.
Why guests love Diamond Head 305:
-Plenty of space for a max of 4 adults
-A private pool for use by condo residents and guests (Note that pool is open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend)
-A deck with unbelievable views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Isle of Wight Bay
-One bedroom and 1.5 baths, featuring two full beds (one more firm mattress and one medium mattress - pick your preference; a variety of pillows for you to choose from)
-Free assigned parking for two standard size vehicles
-A well-appointed kitchen with all standard appliances
-Private washer and dryer
-Breakfast bar with two barstools
-Electric fireplace
-All linens and towels provided (including beach towels)
-Beach equipment provided (beach wagon, beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, beach umbrella, bocce ball)

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Primary renter must be age 25+. This rental is not ideal for Senior Week stays.
