This charming 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom vacation rental is located in the sought-after Pyramid Condo building, offering stunning oceanfront views and the ultimate relaxation experience. Ideal for up to 4 guests, the spacious bedroom features 2 cozy queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of beach fun.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals during your stay, or step out onto the private oceanfront balcony, where you can unwind with outdoor furniture while soaking in the refreshing sea breeze.

During the summer months, take a dip in the outdoor pool or spend your days lounging on the beach just steps away. The condo also offers in-unit laundry machines, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all the comforts of home, including provided linens and a starter set of essentials such as coffee, tea, sugar, cream, spices, cooking oil, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and cleaning supplies.

Parking's a breeze too – it's free from November 1st to May 17th, and from May 18th to October 31st, there's just a $40 parking fee (for one car).

Whether you're here for a relaxing beach escape or an action-packed vacation, this Ocean City condo is the perfect home base for your next getaway.

​​​​​​​PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

May 18th through October 31st: Guests must pay a parking fee upon arrival to building, $40 per stay for one car. (Cash only) A second space can be rented for $20 per day, depending on availability. Please know that this fee is subject to change at the building's discretion.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
