Last minute we rented this place to see the stars and meteor shower and it did not disappoint. Great night sky! Location is easy to get to and accommodations are nice and beds comfortable. You really can "unplug" here!

Communications and directions to the property that Brad provided were excellent. There was an issue with the oven, and Brad was very responsive and provided a solution immediately. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay. It was exceptionally hot weather during our stay (105 degrees plus), but there were already additional fans going when we arrived. We enjoyed seeing the cows on the property, as well as a nice selection of birds and rabbits.

Lovely little place in nowhere Texas. Will be returning soon for another get away weekend. Some of the roads to the property are quite steep and unpaved, not a negative just something to be aware of.

I was able to keep my son and his friend off devices and any electronics for three solid days. Due to no Internet and just being one with nature And our main reason for the visit which was also extremely amazing and was only a short distance away Palo Pinto Mountains State Park, open beginning 2024. Stunning! Got to check it out and this is the place to stay!

tiny homes are new to me so I didn't know what to expect. We wanted to go someplace out of the metroplex to see the stars on a moonless night. The interior was attractive, efficient and kitchen was well stocked with the basics. Beds were comfortable. Everything was arranged so we didn't have to step around furniture. There was a fire pit outside with four chairs. The drive up the gravel road presented no problems. We saw roadrunners and jackrabbits and a lot of hawks and buzzards. We will return again on another moonless cloudless night.

Everything was great and clean. The location was very quite and secluded. We loved the property. I only nock it down a little because of all the stains on the wall. I think it would be nice if the owner provided some dinner tray stands as eating locations is limited.

First tiny house experience and we enjoyed it. Only issue we had were the walls being dirty (possibly previous AC leak) and that the grass burrs will eat you, if you get off the main parking area. These two issues would not stop us from renting again, and we have all intentions to try and do so when we have a little more time to relax and fish. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

A night out in the wilderness

It was the best nights sleep! Out in the dark and able to see stars and hear the coyotes. Enjoyed everything about our stay. Only issue for anyone driving a car is don’t bring one that is low to the ground. Overall a wonderful time.
