Cozy Industrial Apartment

This full basement has been turned into a cozy industrial apartment.

It’s the perfect space to kick back and relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Whether that is playing video games on the PS4, listening to a record, watching a movie, playing drums, taking a nap in the spacious queen bedroom, sitting in the hot tub or sitting around the fire, we’ve got you covered.

Our home is 15 minutes from Watertown and about 10 minutes to Fort Drum.
The space
This is a full basement that was remodeled and finished to become a living space.

**there is NOT a full kitchen down here so you’ll need to prepare to order takeout or go to a restaurant for meals. There is a mini fridge and a microwave available :)

Our family does live upstairs and we will do our best to keep quiet during your stay.

The porch and backyard are shared living spaces but again, we will do our best to allow you space during your stay :)

You have a separate & private entrance into the basement apartment on the right side of the house next to the garage.

This entry is also right next to the hot tub and fire pit :)
