Located at the prime area of Point Pleasant Resort, this villa offers views of St. John, Jost Van Dyke, and the beautiful clear Caribbean waters. Enjoy dining outdoors at the patio table or relax with your favorite book and enjoy the views and breezes.

Views can be enjoyed from the kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, and patio. The living area features a sleeper sofa. The living area opens to the indoor dining area for four. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for preparing your vacation meals.

The bedroom includes a king size bed, wicker bedside nightstands, and dressers. The bedroom shutter doors close to the living area for added privacy if needed or leave them open to enjoy the views from bed. There is a bathroom with shower connected to the bedroom and kitchen. This villa is conveniently located just steps from Lionfish Grill Restautant, Terrace Pool, Captains Lounge and resort lobby. The guest laundry room and free parking are nearby as well.

Nestled just 8 miles away from the airport, Point Pleasant Resort offers convenient transportation options including taxis or car rentals for your ease of travel. While a car is recommended for ease in exploration of the island, taxis stationed adjacent to the resort lobby provide readily available alternatives. Additionally, shuttle services operate from the resort lobby, ensuring seamless access to the 15-acre property from 8 am to 12 am daily.

Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families with children, and remote business travelers, our resort boasts proximity to key attractions such as Coki Beach (2 min away), Coral World Ocean Park and Aquarium (3 min away), the ferry to St. John (5 min away, passport not required), and the world-famous Megan's Bay (10 min away).

Please note the following: our staff are available to address any issues, our resort features stairways, and pathways throughout the property (access to most units requires the use of stairs), and occasional island-wide power outages may occur, during which our on-site restaurants and lobby remain operational thanks to independent generators.

Additionally, kindly respect quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, and adhere to US Virgin Islands restrictions prohibiting smoking in public areas and inside our condominium units.
