About this property

Beautiful Kid-Friendly Condo Close to the Beach!

This spacious and well-maintained condo is in the heart of Wildwood, 2.5 blocks to the Boardwalk and between the 2 largest boardwalk piers. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, bike rentals and of course the beach! There is a beach taxi on our block. You can watch the Friday Night Fireworks offered all summer long from the privacy of the condo deck or hang out on the street with the neighbors.

You can comfortably sleep 8 in this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. There is a king bed, queen bed, 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins total), pack n play and bonus toddler mattress. The Master has an ensuite bathroom.

You will never have a problem with parking! Park up to 3 cars (2 in the garage plus one in the driveway). Street parking is also plentiful and free.

There are 3 dining spaces. There is a dining table with 6 chairs inside plus 3 at the bar in the kitchen. The covered balcony is large enough to also have dining and lounging outside; there is a dining table for 4, 2 Adirondack chairs, and a lounging chair. There is a grill around back for summer barbecues.

Some beach accessories like toys and a cart are provided for use in the garage. There are enclosed, heated outdoor showers so no waiting for turns when coming back from the beach.

The condo is kid-friendly! It is not completely baby-proofed but there are kid-friendly amenities throughout such as Disney movies, books, a booster seat, a high chair, sippy cups, and toys. There is a pack n play and an extra toddler mattress in the bunk bed room if a little one needs to be closer to the floor. We are on the dog beach block. Please ask about our pet policy.

WIFI and flat screen TVs in all rooms except the 3rd bedroom (bunkbed room). 55" inch Smart TV mounted in the main room with a dvd player and lots of kids movies. Fire sticks in the other rooms.

This fabulous location allows immediate access to Morey's Surfside Pier, which has rides for kids of all ages, Roller Coasters, Go Karts, and The Ocean Oasis Waterpark. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and convenience stores like Rite-Aid, Wawa, and a liquor store only a block or so away. I have a welcome binder to help you get oriented when you arrive.

Great Place to stay

We had a great family stay, no children with us but the condo is super kid friendly with lots of things set up for kids. Our dog loved hanging out in the large open family room with everybody. The apartment is very close to dog beach and dog park where we walked twice daily. Everybody had a great time!

Communication with owner was excellent! They are very responsive, helpful and pleasant to work with. The condo was exactly as described and represented. Walking distance to everything and relaxing vacay

We had 3 couples here for a long weekend. We were worried that one of the couples might feel slighted being in a smaller room, but there is a platform bed frame in the queen room they could put luggage under and our friends said that the mattresses in the bunk room are top quality. Linda made it easy to orient ourselves. She had a google map in the condo with local places highlighted. We found the condo to be incredibly spacious in the great room and we loved the large private balcony for day and night hanging out. Easy to get to the beach and Boardwalk as well. Would definitely book again!

Great Condo in Wildwood

This condo worked out great for my family. We stayed for 5 nights over the Memorial Day weekend. The Condo is clean, modern and spacious. It is also very close to the beach/boardwalk. The owner made it easy for us by clearly communicating to us everything we needed to know and offering to answer any questions we had during our trip. I definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place in Wildwood.

Great Location to enjoy the Wildwood beach/boardwalk fun! Spacious and well maintained condo.

We had a great experience during our one week stay at this beautiful condo, which was walking distance to the beach! The location was perfect to enjoy all the fun activities that Wildwood has to offer, from the expansive beaches to the boardwalk to the water/amusement parks and even the dog park/beach. All of this was within walking distance! In addition, this location offered a perfect location to watch the Friday night fireworks. That was an unexpected treat! There were also many restaurants within walking distance and even a bowling alley nearby. In regards to the condo, it was very comfortable, roomy, and well furnished with very comfortable beds (the only exception to this was that one of the bunk beds only had metal poles for the ladder rungs so this was uncomfortable to climb--but the other wooden bunk bed was very nice). We especially enjoyed the open layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room which made the condo seem even more spacious. The balcony was also very enjoyable and provided a lot of outdoor furnishings where we could sit/lounge and even take meals outdoors. Finally, the owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns that came up and quickly responded to my text messages. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants an ideal location and a very comfortable home to enjoy the many activities that Wildwood has to offer. My only criticism was that there was a cart in the garage but it was missing one wheel, making it unusable. It would have been nice to have something to wheel all our beach items in instead of lugging them by hand.

Fantastic Family Condo Close to Everything!

Our family rented for a week in July, 2016. This condo was roomy for our family of five, and it could've easily handled a few more! It was well-maintained and looked exactly like it did in the pictures. This was our fourth year staying in The Wildwoods. We stayed in the Crest the last couple of years, but this year we wanted to take our new dog along. It's hard to find people willing to take in our furry family members. We weren't sure how it would go, but it was very easy to take the dog down the stairs and out the side door to the private backyard. There is also a park just a block away, and the Wildwood dog beach is also a short walk away, straight down Poplar. Our dog loved the fenced in area where she could play with other dogs, and you can even take your dog into the water there! The location of the condo was ideal. Situated between Morey's Adventure Pier and Mariner's Pier, this condo offered the perfect location for families wanting to walk to the beach or the boardwalk. (When we stayed in Wildwood Crest, we had to either drive or take the tram car to the Boardwalk.) One of our family's favorite things to do on the boardwalk is ride the surrey, and there is a great place to rent them right at the corner of Ocean and Magnolia, about two blocks away. After hitting the beach, the private outdoor showers were really a treat, and it was wonderful to be in a very private (only 4 units!) condominium complex. The balcony offered plenty of space to have a meal or just sit and relax. All in all, it was a fantastic vacation in a great condo. Linda, the owner was also a pleasure to work with, and she even had our deposit back three days after our departure. We would definitely stay here again!

Home away from home

This property was great! It had every amenity that you could ask for. It was clean and comfortable. It was fun to watch the friday night fireworks right from the porch. Linda was really super to work with. She answered all our questions promptly (including our silly ones). Truly a worry free vacation.

Really great house not far from the boardwalk/beach.

My friends and I had a great time at this property. It's spacious and has a nice deck to sit out on. Walking distance to a wawa which was great. The garage can fit 2 cars plus another car in the driveway was great so we didn't have to go searching for parking. Overall I gave it a 5 star because the house was great and walking distance to everything.

Perfect for the whole family- even the dog!

Condo is located in the perfect location! Close to just about everything. Linda was so easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The condo is spacious and well kept. A few blocks away from the condo is the dog beach which our fur baby whom vacationed with us enjoyed herself very much. We found ourselves spending a lot of time relaxing outside on the beautiful deck when we weren't out or on the beach. Lucked out with 2 nights worth of fireworks during our stay which from the deck you have the most perfect view. We hope to be back next year. Thank you Linda!

Excellent week at this condo

We've been coming to Wildwood for years and we had one of our best weeks ever in this condo. It's clean, well-maintained, the kids loved the bunkbeds, and it hits a perfect junction at the Boardwalk to get to the rides. There is a wood pathway right off the street to get things to the beach and now there's a beach taxi?!? The owner was also very friendly and responsive. Already looking to book for next summer.

Overall very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Only a few negative comments such as needed more dresser and shelf space. Also, wish we had more TV stations. Walk to Boardwalk a little far but not bad. Again minor comments , overall we had a great time and the condo was well kept. I would recommend to a friend for sure.

Clean, spacious condo close to the boardwalk

We had a group of 6 adults and 3 kids for a 5-night stay and had plenty of room. It's a relatively short walk to the boardwalk and beach, which was great especially for the kids. It was great having a full kitchen so we didn't have to eat every meal out. The air conditioning conked out during our stay, which made it somewhat uncomfortable during the day, but Linda was incredibly responsive the whole time to try to get the situation rectified. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous Location Walking Distance To Everything!!

A quick get-away weekend in a clean and well accommodated condo with all the amenities we needed for an enjoyable visit to Wildwood. The large high ceiling and open environment proved to be very spacious with lots of natural sunlight. Sleeping is also well apportioned with king and queen beds, plenty of comfortable living room and dining room seating, a fully kitchen for cooking, a private balcony with a pleasant view and easy short walks to the boardwalk for shopping, eating and having fun! Had a great time and would absolutely recommend; looking forward to a return visit again for another Wildwood getaway.

We are part of a multi-generational family that has vacationed in Wildwood for many decades. It is the only beach we go to in New Jersey.

Why they chose this property

This spacious home features a private balcony 1 floor above street level and a private 2 car garage (3 parking spots total). The outside shower plus the 2 showers inside make cleanup fast after a long day at the beach. It is right in the heart of the Wildwood Boardwalk near the largest piers and has easy access to the beach with a wooden footpath. Bike rental, pharmacies, food stores, and off ice cream and Boardwalk restaurants are all within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

This condo is our personal home that we share with renters so we care very much about the maintenance and aesthetic upkeep. We are always makeing upgrades that will make the rental experience more pleasant. The beachy decor is also an important ingredient of that experience.
