You can walk to the ocean beach, town, train and Jitney. Bay and ocean beaches are a short bike ride away. You are close to everything, yet the house is on two private acres. (You are surrounded by 22 acres owned by a world-famous celebrity.) It is an upside-down house with fantastic views and lovely light all day. Truly a one-of-a-kind gem.
