Fantastic home, and a great host! My family and I were more than pleased with our stay there over Labor Day weekend. The home accommodated all of our required needs for the weekend, close to the beach, 5 minutes from Main Street, and plenty of room for the family. Would definitely stay there again!

The tv never worked even after we contacted the host and followed the directions. It should be mentioned that there are a lot of stairs in the house and the kitchen is on the top floor.It snowed while we were there and the host couldn’t find someone to plow or shovel so we had to borrow a shovel from a neighbour to get our car out.

Great place for a friends getaway

We had a wonderful weekend at this home. The house is beautifully decorated and close to so many things. We enjoyed great restaurants, wineries and museums. The one thing I caution other visitors about is that the living area is on the top floor and access requires climbing stairs.

Booked this place for the weekend and it did not disappoint! The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making my stay very comfortable. Great location - lovely house

It’s a really good location, with a beautiful kitchen, tvs everywhere, bbqs in great locations, great pool with lots of toys, it felt like a rental as it had no cleaning suppliers (broom vacuum) kitchen could be better stocked no oil, no paper towels, no chopping boards and we had some issues to start with but the owner was super helpful - all in all it was a good stay. Lots of stairs so do not stay here if that is an issue for you.

Great spot near Sag Harbor

This is a great little gem of a place near all that Sag Harbor has to offer. We spent our weekend poolside relaxing and catching up with old friends. Linens and towels were very clean and fresh, beds were perfect. Chris was very communicative throughout our stay!

This is an incredible property with everything (and then some) that you'll need for relaxing Hamptons weekend. The house is great, the location is perfect, and it allowed for us to have a great trip to the Hamptons. Chris was very helpful and communicative to make it a really smooth and enjoyable process!

Home out of a Movie

The property is the most clean, updated and beautiful we have ever stayed at. The pool is private and surrounded by the most pretty landscape. The kitchen, dining, common area is like a movie set. The balcony, trees and birds is a very relaxing experience. The town and the beach are just five minutes away. The host is very accommodating and very easy to reach. The stay is a true Sag Harbor experience.

Beautiful property. Chris, the owner, is responsive, knowledgeable and takes pride in his home. Everything you will need for an UPSCALE vacation is at your fingertips. We stay at a lot of VRBO properties, this was by far the best. We booked this 6 mos. in advance and would recommend booking early so as not to loose out on this home. Close to all Hamptons, secluded but SAFE.

Fall long weekend

Our group of 9 (plus dogs) enjoyed our stay here for our annual Friendsgiving. The house is a short drive to town and we loved the big kitchen/dining area for group meals. There were a few minor issues with the wifi and heating but the owner responded promptly and was able to resolve them. Note that the listing says there is a hot tub but there is not (there is a pool). Overall, I'd recommend this place for a group trip to Sag Harbor!

Thanks for the feedback Michele. I had a plumber come to inspect the toilet. The top flusher was turned the wrong way. Thankfully it was an easy fix. We have the house sprayed once per quarter each year. Thanks Chris

Stairway to heaven

Nice home with lots of room for up to 10ppl, beautiful pool and landscaping. Only thing to note is that the the living room, dining room and kitchen are up a flight of stairs; and 2.5 additional bedrooms are down a flight of stairs. At times, those stairs were annoying like when bringing many bags of groceries in. Chris was responsive to our needs or questions.

Chris and Kerry are both from the midwest and have been married for about a year. They live and work in New York City and own several investment properties - always in areas where they personally enjoy traveling, so they can enjoy their investments!

Why they chose this property

Sag Harbor is the most charming town in the Hamptons, so we knew this was where we wanted to be. The home is a quick drive away from the town and is also 10 minutes from Bridgehampton and several local wineries, awesome restaurants and of course the beach! The home itself is also awesome just to cozy up in for the day - winter, spring, summer or fall. With spacious bedrooms, entertaining areas, gorgeous kitchen and a lovely outdoor pool, there is no where else you really need to go!
