Welcome to our HGTV-renovated 50-acre ranch, where soon to be lavender fields planted this summer meet majestic mountain views. Overlooking Chimney Rock National Monument and nestled between the beautiful town of Pagosa and conveniently located only 45 minutes to the town of Durango and it's airport, our retreat offers a peaceful sanctuary with modern luxuries such as a barrel sauna, chef’s kitchen, Technivorm MoccaMaster coffee maker, etc. Experience the ultimate in relaxation and natural beauty all surrounded by an abundance of wildlife at this cozy retreat.

Very unique stay near Pagosa Springs!

We loved the property and uniqueness of this home! It’s a bit remote but made the adventure all the more enjoyable. The home and outdoor area made you not want to leave. We stopped by the local fly shop and got some tips on where to hit some local streams…beautiful setting all around. Also spent time on the Navajo Reservoir close by and caught a bunch. Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay again!

Tucked away gem - would highly recommend

We were visiting family. Location was easy to find. Secluded area at the end of the road. Stunning retreat for a relaxing country getaway. The house was fully loaded with amenities and a perfect layout for family. Very up to date with appliances and finish out. The stars at night were breathtaking. My only feedback since traveling with an almost 2-year-old and it was 90 all week midday (during naptime). The AC was not working. When reaching out to the host he shared they were working on getting it fixed but small-town delays. They put in two portable units to help cool down but if you are not use to warmer temps, I would confirm this was adjusted before booking in warmer weather weeks. The listing also listed 2 bedrooms and a 1 double sofa bed. There is not a double sofa bed, but the sectional couch can be moved together to make a "bed" - still a comfortable option or inflatable air mattress is also available. The last note is listing is noted 2 1/2 baths. There are only 2 baths. The 1/2 bath is not useable. This was not an issue for our stay but in case you are counting on assigning the 1/2 bath :). Overall highly recommend you cannot find better for the price, location and vibe. We hope to visit again soon!
