Tournament canceled

The whole reason we booked this room was for our daughter’s softball tournament. We have 2 girls playing in the tournament. But due to weather it was cancelled. We attempted to cancel our reservation but there was no response from anyone and we are out every dime we spent on the room and never stepped foot on the property. Very poor communication on your end. Will never use this service again.
