Other things to note
◆ Due to the nature of the apartment complex with 12 units, there may be occasional noise from general "living" activities.
◆ Please utilize the 1 off-street parking space with a reserved sign. Avoid parking on the other side of the lot where the daycare is located. Additional parking is available on the street where permitted. No RVs or commercial vehicles allowed.
◆ Guests must navigate some steps to enter the house, including one step at the side entrance and a few steps leading to the basement.
◆ Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. A $75 pet fee for up to 2 dogs (under 60 lbs) applies if approved. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine per pet. Please notify us in advance if traveling with pets.
◆ Amenities provided include Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and more.
Complimentary basic essentials are provided upon arrival, including soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, paper towels, and laundry detergent. Note that these items are not replenished.
