Spend your day at the beach and then come home to this wonderful oasis. Salt water pool for an evening swim, passion fruit covered pergola for relaxing on the couch and herb garden surrounded outdoor dining with beautiful ambiance lighting for the evening. Inside is modern, newly renovated design with spacious kitchen for cooking, separate area for dining and additional space set up for computer work - just in case. Electric fireplace for those rainy evenings when you decide to stay in. Large soaking tub, heated floors in both bathrooms and overhead rain shower heads. Large open field behind the house for unobstructed sunset view. There's also a tree house set up behind the fence for younger and more adventures explorers.
