Welcome to The Coastal Cottage! This Tropical 2 Bedroom/2-bathroom cottage is located in close proximity to downtown Sarasota and 2.9 miles from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach! Heated Salt Pool shared with 2 other small Cottages.

Beach day--we have you covered! Pack the beach buggy with the beach chairs, towels and your toys. Fill the cooler with water, drinks, snacks for a fun filled day at the beach. Within walking distance, you will discover amazing restaurants like Walt's Fish Market, Bone Fish Grill, Connors Restaurant and Sonny's BBQ to name a few & plenty of shopping at Southgate Mall. Trader Joe's, Aldi's and Publix are within easy walking distance. Tables, Chairs, Umbrellas and Lounge chairs are placed around the pool for those who like to sun-bathe.
Enjoy this area for a great place to relax and unwind after a fun day at the beach. The Heated Salt Pool with a sun shelf is shared by 2 other small cottages. Lush tropical landscaping surrounding the property adds for a great Florida escape. Siesta Trolley and The City Bus (SCAT) have a bus stop located in front of Aldi's which is 0.4 miles from The Coastal Cottage for easy access to the Beach without driving your vehicle with plenty of free parking. No Pets In the Pool Area Please.

Spring Break and 14th BD Week

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Met Ron (maintenance), really great guy and sweet as can be. Met all the other renters, very friendly. Accommodations and everything that was available to use was exceptional. Location is close to everything, not a far drive, close to Bee Ridge Road and Tamiami. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!

Ken and Donna’s place was excellent! We had a great stay and the pictures don’t do the place justice! We always appreciate the little things like a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler, soaps, detergents and paper products available and a beautiful pool! We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage. It was beautiful. So many things were provided for the stay , such as laundry det, beach towels , beach accessories , and much more. Coastal Cottage Retreat

Property was very nice. This is our 4th stay at this location and we intend to stay her again during our next visit. This place is well furnished and decorated. There are also plenty of items provided for a family trip to the beach. The pool was refreshing and well maintained. Property management was eager to please and very responsive for check-in.
