The Gulf Breeze Cottage is your home away from home. The tropically decorated interior sets the mood for a relaxing stay. From the minute you enter, you will know you have arrived in Paradise!

Take a plunge in the private pool or relax on the loungers sipping a cool drink as you enjoy the views from the screened lanai . For the cook in the group there is a gas grill available for use.

The kitchen has been updated with beautiful cabinetry and granite counter-tops. The kitchen is fully furnished with every conceivable cooking gadget there is, allowing you to enjoy anything from a quiet lunch together to preparing a feast for your family!

The Split plan layout is perfect for friends and families traveling together, everyone enjoys their personal space with plush clean bedding, exceptional pillows, TVs in every room and free WIFI.
The master bedroom features a king bed and has a slider that opens to the screened lanai as well as an ensuite bathroom. The 2 guest rooms are bright and cheerful featuring a king bed in one and the other has a (2)twin beds, and when needed a twin air-mattress is available. The 2 bathrooms are stylishly updated and have plenty of towels for everyone, also provided are beach towels, and all linens.

Located minutes from Siesta Key, it has easy access to many Sarasota restaurants & shops.

We had an awesome time at the Gulf Breeze Cottage. Tracey was very nice and responded promptly when needed. The location is great—Publix, Costco, Target, all close by. The beach is a short drive by car. The beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys were very useful. But we spent the most time in the warm pool! My grandkids loved it! Great hosts and great house!

Had a great week! The home is just as listed. The location was convenient to everything and the neighborhood is quiet. The heated pool was perfect and all the beach supplies needed for a day at the beach! The door code didn’t work when we arrived but the host came immediately over and fixed it. She checked in on us throughout the week and was very helpful. I would definitely book this place again!

Wonderful vacation house!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the property. It felt like it was our own home with everything we needed and also quite charming. When we arrived, we were welcomed with key lime pie in the fridge and a note from the manager. We felt at home in an instant. We look forward to coming back the next year.

Wonderful spot in Sarasota!

Our family of 6 (ages 9-75yrs) loved our stay at this home! Tracey was thoughtful and very responsive. The location was convenient to the beaches, downtown, and restaurants/stores. The house was clean, private, and super well-stocked with cooking supplies, games, and beach toys and chairs. Of course, the star of the house was the POOL! We are already planning our return trip!

Cozy home

Super cute house, love how it was decorated, house was clean upon arrival, nice pool to enjoy, and wonderful patio to relax on around the pool, has everything you need including things for the beach, short drive to Siesta Key beach, close to restaurants, great communication with owner, was spacious enough for 6 adults and a 5 month old. We would definitely rent again!
