This is our hometown! We enjoy the music scene, the foodie areas, hiking, local scenes and history that this area has to offer. Of course we cant forget the Bourbon too 😜
Why they chose this property
Our area is both iconic with views of Rupp and Central Bank & Big Blue Building. Steps away from City center in one direction & UK campus in another. Mill street is a beautiful tree lined, historic home street. We call it our little slice of Charleston. Sitting on this corner gives you both the charm of an historic area and the convenience of city life.
What makes this property unique
The Merchant is over 200 years old. Built when KY was only 20 years old. You have original floors in your space, high ceilings and a city view. The space is located above a salon & spa… perfect for any girls get away. Ot has the feel of a historic home with the privacy of a walk up apartment. Everything has been freshly remodeled to accommodate your travels.
