The Space:
This cozy retreat features a plush queen bed in the loft and a convenient queen sofa bed in the living room, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 2 guests. The renovated kitchen boasts brand new appliances, perfect for whipping up delicious meals after a long day of adventure in the mountains.

Located in Tomboy Lodge - central location in downtown Telluride.

Other Things to Note:
Washer/Dryer:
- There is a coin laundry room in the building on the first floor, please bring quarters as there is no cash exchange machine.

Hot Tub:
- Hot tub is shared with our complex and has amazing mountain views! Our hot tub is one of the only hot tubs open year round! 9AM -8:45PM

Lofty Bedroom:
- The queen bed is located in the loft, guest must be comfortable with utilizing the ladder to access. The ceilings are low/angled in the loft so you will not be able to stand up completely there. Ladder maximum weight rating: 250lbs

Size of the Unit:
- Our unit is a small studio, guests should not expect a full size apartment. Our unit is 350 sqft and would most closely resemble the size of a hotel room. It is perfect size for guests traveling with 1 larger suit case per person.

Storage Available for Guests:
- Because our unit is small, the only available storage places for guests items are the designated black wardrobe (1 per guest) and the dresser in the loft. Please plan accordingly.

Parking:
- We have 1 free space available in the condo's parking lot for our guests. Utilize parking pass inside the unit.

AC:
- We added a brand new "more powerful" portable AC to our unit to keep our loft cool during the summer! Installed 8/26/26. Guest mentioned the loft still felt warm - so we installed a better one. :)

Children/Infants:
- Please note we do not allow children under the age of 12 to stay in our unit due to the ladder we have going to the loft. If you do bring a child 12 or older, please ensure you feel comfortable with them climbing the ladder.

Sofa Bed:
- Queen sized sofa bed located in the living room. Linens +1 pillow are provided in a linen bag. Instructions for use are in the condo binder.

Smoke Detection Device:
We use a WYND device that picks up on smoking inside of our unit - it detects tabacco, vapes, marijuana and more. We have a strict no smoking inside our unit policy. This device can also alert us if noise decibels inside our unit hit a certain threshold, but it does not record audio.

Construction Noise:
- Guest should expect to hear some construction noise during their stay - the renovations taking place in our building are HOA and Town approved projects and are out of the hosts control. For this reason, we feel our unit is better suited for adventurers who plan to be out and about - not for work from home guests.

Interaction with Guests:
We will not be around to meet you, however we are available via messenger.

Booking Requirement Notice:
To receive check-in instructions, all guests are required to complete a digital rental agreement and identity verification process after booking. Failure or refusal to complete either requirement will result in denied access to the property, and the reservation may be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy. No refunds will be granted for refusal to complete the rental agreement or ID verification. The rental agreement is available for review prior to booking.
