Vibrant central studio with loft sleeping arrangement - must be comfortable utilizing the ladder. The ceilings are low and angled, so you will not be able to stand completely.

It was a fantastic stay. Great location, easy check in and check out, accurate listing. The only constructive feedback we would give is cleanliness was lacking a bit. We had a couple towels that had stains on them and looked unwashed. There were also some dishes that needed to be rewashed. Overall a great spot to stay in telluride!

Thank you so much for staying with us and for sharing your experience — we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, easy check‑in, and that the listing matched your expectations. We appreciate your constructive feedback on cleanliness. We’ve already addressed the towel issue with our cleaning team and refreshed our inventory to prevent stained items from ever being placed in the unit. We’ve also added an extra quality check to ensure all dishes are fully cleaned and put away properly. We’re grateful you chose our place for your Telluride stay, and we’re glad to hear it was a great overall experience. We’d love to welcome you back again.

Two 79 year old film buffs spent our 45th or so Labor Day weekend in or near Telluride attending the Telluride Film Festival. This was the best deal we’ve had since going by ourselves. We managed the low low ceilinged loft, never felt in danger, but it can’t be stood in as the host freely advised us. It was very near the theaters, had good parking and amenities , and the hosts have beautifully refinished the tub/ shower as promised. The air conditioner is working fine as well. We will return next year, we hope.

Thank you so much for spending your Labor Day weekend with us, and for sharing your experience. We’re very glad you enjoyed the location, parking, and amenities during the Film Festival. We’re happy to hear the new AC unit we installed just before your stay is working well, and that the reglazed tub/shower with updated hardware met your expectations. It’s great to know these improvements made your visit more comfortable. Thank you also for noting the loft ceiling—our listing clearly describes it, and we appreciate guests who read those details so they know what to expect. We’re delighted you had a wonderful stay and hope to welcome you back next year.

GREAT location in a quiet part of town but still walkable to everything Telluride has to offer. The property has some deferred maintenance in the bathroom as described by other visitors but aside from that was clean and as described. I also feel like the listing inferred that the hot tub was for just this unit but in reality it sits in the middle of several condo buildings in the area and is shared by all of them.

Thanks for the feedback! We actually have the tub/shower reglaze scheduled for August 2026 as we are aware the previous glaze applied did not work. Our hot tub is for our HOA only - but definitely not for our specific unit only.

Excellent communication from the host and a smooth check in/check out. The place was clean and mostly as described, except for the bathroom. The photo of the shower condition is not at all accurate, it’s very stained/scuffed and there’s an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. A full size coffee pot would have been nice, too.

We are scheduled to refinish the shower/tub in August 2026 - the previous owners applied a glaze that is starting to come off.
