Enjoy a luxurious two bedroom, two bath master suite in Nuevo Vallarta, with free rounds of golf, gym & spa use, in room wi-fi, tennis, and exercise classes. Free transportation to the resort. New Cirque du Soleil show at the resort, LUDO! Take the gondola to the show and/or dinner at Nektar. Enjoy the music with a beautiful water show in front of Nektar!

Can reserve 12 months in advance in 7 night blocks with check-in day of Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. PLEASE NOTE: Availability shown on calendar is not always accurate because all requested weeks must be checked with resort reservations.

Relax with a drink on the large balcony (with your own private dipping pool) after a day spent at the many beautifully landscaped interconnected pools with two swim-up bars, lazy river, water slide, wave pools, and kiddie pool area (optional Kid's Club), or after a day at the beach, with a palapa for shade and access to any type of water activity. Enjoy free golf, a day in Puerto Vallarta, horseback riding, or a boat/fishing trip on the ocean. Wonderful week

Our family of four stayed at the Grand Mayan for a week.We had a two bedroom unit with two bathrooms.The owner has Grand Bliss membership and she got us an ocean front unit and all the benefits like free rounds of golf and exercise classes.friends booked for the same week with other owners and did not get oceanfront even though it was promised.bring basics like salt,pepper,coffee etc-there is only dish soap in the unit.The pools are fantastic;the staff are great.Will visit again and book with this owner again for sure.

Grand Experience!

First of all, I would like to give kudos to the owners for being so incredibly helpful and responsive. They are amazing. They treated me like a good friend that they were helping plan a vacation, and even checked in on us while we were there to make sure everything was going well. We had never been to Mexico and they went out of their way to give us all the information/travel tips/lists of activities we would need to have the best vacation ever! I couldn't believe it when we got to the room and it was on the top floor and had ocean views, which were spectacular. The room was spacious and comfortable, the pools are incredible, everything was impeccably clean. Our kids had fun making friends with other kids their ages (9 and 17), and we easily made friends with other resort guests. We enjoyed the beach a lot, there were a lot of waves so we bought some boogie boards and played for hours in the surf. We had a wonderful vacation at the Grand Mayan, the amenities and people that worked at the resort were outstanding! I would highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to have a fantastic beach vacation.

Great vacation!

This is my families third time staying at a Vidanta Resort (second at Nuevo). We absolutely love everything about the property and working with Cheryl was a dream. Cheryl was quick to respond while booking and provided everything we needed for check-in and information about our stay. This year we stayed in The Grand Bliss but the year previous were in The Grand Mayan. Staff at both were friendly and accommodating. We spent our days at The Bliss pool which is a happy medium between The Mayan and the Luxx. The Joy squad was amazing with kids activities everyday and our 3 year old had a blast! The fish tacos at The Bliss pool are our favorite! We discovered Tacos Break this year and went back a few times. The casual atmosphere and quick dinning was perfect after a long day. But the quality is not missed. Get the el pastor alambres- don’t forget to add cheese! We also enjoyed Sweet Paris, Custom Burger and La Cantina. We did walk into Nuevo for breakfast and dinner one day. It’s a quick walk down the beach and hop on the pier into town. Make sure to bring a flashlight or phone to use at night but if you stay up towards the hotels they provide enough light. Highly recommended!!!

Thank you Dana! You are right that you cannot beat the Vidanta Resorts, especially the Nuevo Vallarta property. There are enjoyable activities there for every age and more restaurants to choose from than any other resort that we've been to, including those off site at the marina area. I thoroughly enjoy helping families have a wonderful and stressless vacation at this incredible resort!

Grand Mayan is an amazing property...the Vidante Estate is enormous

Room was great, staff where all very friendly and helpful, pools awesome, loved Taco Break!! And Elements is a must see!! The only negative was the check in process, because arrivals are all in a three day period rather than throughout the week we waited in long lines for each step of the process, 3 long lines... there has got to be a better was. But!! Once you get past that, everything else is fabulous!!!

Perfect Family Friendly Vacation Rental

Thank you Cheryl! The process of booking this trip was so easy thanks to all of your help and great information. We had such a good time at the Grand Mayan. My husband and I traveled with our three kids spanning ages 4-14, along with my MIL - and we all stayed comfortably in a 2-bed suite. There were so many pools and activities to do each day, the hardest part of the trip was staking out the "best" poolside chairs each morning. We left the resort to get groceries and did breakfast and lunch in the room each day along with a few easy kid-friendly dinners. My MIL babysat a few evenings so my husband and I could go out to dinner. REMEMBER TO MAKE RESERVATIONS ahead of time, we ended up in the last round of seating twice because we didn't organize reservations early enough in the day. The staff were exceptional and accommodating and the twice daily maid service was fantastic - especially as they would make the daybeds into beds each evening for the kids and leave a hershey kiss on the pillows. My kids called them the chocolate fairies. The resort even had a doctor on the premises, so when my son spiked a fever with an ear infection we easily saw a physician and had antibiotics delivered to our room in a few hours. We did ask to change rooms the second day as the first one had a dank odor if the air conditioning wasn't on, but the concierge was very accommodating and we ended up on the top floor which was fantastic. Overall the rooms and furnishings and grounds are nice and meticulously cared. We also took a bus one day to Sayulita and a boat cruise to Las Caletas to snorkel but otherwise ended up at the pool or boogie boarding and surfing on the beach each day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great time in PV!

We had a fantastic time at the Grand Mayan with our family (6 and 4 y/o) and inlaws! The rooms were plenty big (2BR suite) and it was great having a cool-off pool for the kids right on the balcony. Cheryl was extremely helpful with the reservation process, prepping for the trip and was very responsive while we were down there. Lots of pools with a waterslide, lazy river, and two wave pools, which kept us really busy. You can walk down the beach to the marina with a handful of nice little restaurants to check out. We did a half-day sport fishing trip, zipline (via bus) and a day trip to Las Caletas via catamaran, which was a lot of fun. Plus my daughter got to swim with dolphins, which was just a short walk away, near the marina. Would just recommend that you make the golfing reservations right at the 60-day advance date because it was full when we called a week before. Found that playing 9 holes after 4:30pm was perfect because we were busy all day with other activities, so it all worked out great. You can also call each day to see what has opened up, because people were constantly cancelling. Found one of our favorite places to be Taco Break, which was just outside the gates of the resort. Easy couple of golf cart rides away. Not too expensive and really good. Also took a cab to Bucerias for dinner one night and really enjoyed it. Lots of construction around the resort but not very noticeable from Grand Mayan building and pools. Time share sales were not pushy at all. Inquired at check-in, but did not get asked the rest of the trip. All-in-all, we had a great time and would definitely be the go-to choice if we return to Puerto Vallarta!

We also enjoy all the marina restaurants and Tacos Break, which is one of 14 restaurants on the resort. You just can't beat the location and amenities at The Grand Mayan/Grand Bliss resort! A new Greg Norman course and a Jack Nickolas executive course are opening the summer of 2015, so the need to make golf reservations at the 60 day advance date should be eased. I'm glad going after 4:30 pm worked perfectly for you! We also have noticed that the construction is in the Grand Luxxe area or along the main road into the resort (for the Cirque du Soleil theme park), so it isn't at all bothersome at The Grand Mayan. Looking forward to helping with any future trips to Puerto/Nuevo Vallarta!

Amazing Vacation

First of all my husband and I would love to thank you for all your help with organizing the resort. We absolutely love the Grand Mayan. There wasn't any hassle with timeshare sales. The property was incredibly amazing. We enjoy laying by the pool, floating on the lazy river, poolside activities and the gym facilities, which offered great aerobic class and weight room. The rooms were spacious and always kept cleaned. Great service at the Samba, Gong and Tramonto restaurants. I absolutely enjoyed shopping at the Mayan Plaza "the market". They have great little crepe café called Sweet Paris Creperi & Café. Lastly the live entertainment at Sanutuario was just spectacular. What Incredible performances and talent daily. My husband and I look forward to planning our next trip with you.

I'm so glad you had a great time! The Grand Mayan or Grand Bliss are truly amazing and can't be beat for an incredible vacation! There are so many wonderful restaurants and so much to do both on and off the resort: on - free golf, tennis, gym/spa, lazy river, wave pools, water slide, swim-up bars, kiddie pool, beach, theme nights, free entertainment, activities, shopping, and more! Or nothing but lying peacefully by the pool or on the beach, if you want. This resort is always adding new and better amenities, from restaurants and entertainment venues to shopping plazas, to collaboration with Cirque du Soleil for a future theme park in a few years. Also, the staff are always trying to make your vacation the very best ever. And as always, I'd love to help with your next trip!

Great Getaway

My husband and I and our friends (another couple) stayed in a two bedroom unit in the Grand Mayan. It was beautiful and we had a wonderful week. We had other firends staying in the Mayan and Grand Bliss and enjoyed time in the pool, on the beach, on property restaurants and local restaurants off the property. The whole property is well maintained and very fun to walk and see. The sunsets and ocean breezes were wonderful. Cheryl (owner) was wonderful to work with and made sure check in, etc was very smooth. Our husbands played golf several times and thought the course was great. I highly recommend this property and owner! This is a perfect place for almost any type of getaway.

I try extremely hard to make my guests' stays as enjoyable as possible by providing lots of information before their vacation and assisting in any way possible.
