Wi-Fi high speed internet service, flat screen televisions, iPod friendly clock radios are just few of the extra amenities offered at 308 Summerhouse.

The master bedroom features oceanfront views with a king bed as well as a spacious bath. The guest bedroom features another King bed and a lot of extra room for your children to play. Once you walk out on the deck, you will be welcomed with views of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the beautiful swimming complex for the use of only guests staying in Summerhouse. The living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa for 2 additional guests, if needed.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- A sleeper sofa is available in the living room as an additional sleeping option.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property, please reach out to AvantStay to rent beach chairs/umbrellas.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Pool is not heated.
- The elevator in this building is undergoing maintenance and will be out of order until the middle of July. There will be luggage assistance for Saturday arrivals and departures only between 8-11 am and 2-6 pm.

Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
