Relaxing neighborhood

Nicely furnished and decorated with comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Great selection of restaurants and coffee shops a block away. We will definitely stay here again

The location was perfect for DI, but the didnt get entrance instructions as promised and had to call VRBO directly as the contact didn't respond to phone calls, texts, or VRBO messages, and this was two hours after we were supposed to have access to the unit. No electric outlet in the tiny bathroom, closet doors came off the track. Again, the location was perfect, but if people are putting places out there, they should be responsive and amenties up to snuff.

Check-in instructions were sent at 6:30 PM, slightly later than our usual 6:00 PM time, and we acknowledge that delay. As a result, you contacted VRBO to obtain the check-in instructions, which were then provided before you arrived at the unit. When you contacted us regarding the Wi-Fi, we responded promptly and provided a solution and asked for a call back witch we did not receive. No additional concerns were communicated to us directly after that. You also mentioned an issue with a closet door not functioning properly. To avoid disturbing your stay, we arranged for a handyman to address the issue after your departure. We consistently strive to provide excellent communication and service, reflected in our average guest rating of 9.6 prior to this review. we appreciate all feedback as we continue improving our guest experience.

Great quick stay

This place is great for a quick get away weekend in Davis Island, even for local like myself. Close proximity to all the restaurants on Davis island. The only thing that is uncomfortable was the parking in the back alley that didn’t feel safe. Not sure why parking in the front wasn't available. The accommodation of the actual apartment were great.
