Spacious cottage located steps from the Seaside Beach and Boardwalk on one of the best blocks in Seaside Heights. This house is 1 of 2 houses on the property. Featuring a front deck where you can sit and relax or dine outside & a backyard with a picnic table as well . Three bedrooms, (1 queen bed & two full bed). New bathroom. Central Air, granite countertops fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher, Keurig coffee pot, blender. Washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans , (2) flat screen TV's, (NEW UPGRADED WIFI & CABLE), hair dryer, on street parking with 1 parking pass included with rental, (parking pass allows you to park at MOST meters for FREE!, . Gas grill (Propane included). BEACH PASSES are also included in the price. Linens and towels are NOT included, but can be supplied for a cost of $75 or you can bring your own. Pillows, blankets/comforters are provided. NO... PROMS OR PARTIES. THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER! THIS IS A PET FREE HOME...SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.
