Ortley Beach, three family house with three separate apartments. Apartment #2 is located on the second floor. It has 2 bedrooms, Cathedral ceiling in living room, 1.5 baths, central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops It also comes with beach passes, and an outside state-of-the-art shower with lock, so that you can store your beach gear without worries. Front patio with full dune views, where you can drink your morning coffee. This unit has its own Webber grill and picnic table for you and your guests to enjoy outdoor dinning. There is one assigned parking spot in the driveway, and off street parking is free. Wi-Fi, cable and 3 flat screen TV's ensure that everyone will get to watch their favorite shows! Steps to the ocean, and walking distance to restaurants, miniature golf, arcade and ice cream shop. Less than one mile from the Seaside Heights Boardwalk. Third time staying at this property with 0 issues each time. Great location - house is a quick 2 minute walk from the beach in a quieter neighborhood and comes with multiple beach badges. 4 minute drive to the seaside boardwalk for rides, games, and food. Bagel shop and breakfast/lunch restaurant at the end of the street makes mornings easy. This unit also has an uncovered front deck which is great extra space for hanging out. Will return again next year if they have the dates available!

We have been staying at this property for 3 years now. This year, check in process was not pleasant. I messaged host day before asking if early check in would be possible, and she told me possibly but at very least we can leave our luggage and utilize beach passes. As we drove into driveway upon our arrival, cleaner was shaking her head. We were told by the cleaner (as our babies were screaming ready to get out of the car after driving 2 hours) the cleaner just cleaned the bottom unit and that our unit would not be ready for several hours. She did not offer to store our luggage or beach passes from our unit. I asked why the bottom unit was cleaned first, as I had requested early check in, and I knew the bottom unit did not request early check in (a friend of ours was staying in bottom unit and never requested early check in). The cleaner kept repeating the same thing about check in being at 3 which I appreciate however it did not answer my logistical question - why bottom unit was cleaned and ready to go but our unit was untouched when I had requested the early check in and I knew bottom unit had not. It’s poor communication between host and cleaner or it’s simply the cleaner not accommodating a guest’s request. I lean toward the latter because over the years I’ve become aware it is the cleaner that is the first line of contact when you call or message the actual host. I had to ask cleaner to use beach passes and she told us to use the bottom unit’s, giving us the code.

Great Summer Rental!

This house was perfect for our family of 4! Extremely close beach access, 6 badges for visiting family, and CLEAN. Bonus outdoor shower plus the large balcony was a great place to hangout once kids were in bed. Can’t wait to stay again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Couldn’t be happier!

Everything from communication to location was amazing. We were very happy having 2 young kids and a very short walk to the beach. Quiet road and plenty of parking. Apartment was in great shape and perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend!!

We stayed in apt. 2. It was VERY clean and very nice. The pictures online doesn't do it justice. The location is good. It is on a quiet street and there is beach access right there. I would definitely recommend this place.

Lovely, brand new, clean, great location a block from the Beach

My only comment is that the linens were minimal. Had to pay for the bed linens. There is also no oven, only a stove top.

Fabulous Stay

We loved our stay from start to finish. The communication with Susan was great, and her cleaning staff is very thorough, friendly and kind. The apartment was bright, clean and nicely decorated, and the outside shower was a bonus to rinse off and leave our beach cart in. (Love the other two units too!). The kitchen was well stocked (minus a scissor). The location was wonderful - across the street from the beach, close to Seaside boardwalk and 15 minutes from Tom’s River where we had a competition. Regarding restaurants, check out Crab’s Claw Inn, Lenny’s, Bum Roger’s and Drifters. If back in the area, we’d definitely stay here again. Thanks for opening your home to us, Susan!

The property was spotless clean and exactly as advertised. Perfect location close to the beach and restaurants. Small unit in a home turned into 3 units. Perfect for a couple and maybe four people. Would be too small for more than that.

This property is in a wonderful location, well maintained and updated. Loved the property. As a frequent VRBO renter, I've beacome accustomed to basic amenities like sheets and towels. Im an out of state renter and was disappointed to arrive late at night only to find no sheets, towels or soap. If it were not for that, it was perfect.

Perfect get away

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. It was so well appointed for guests - lots of thoughtful accessories! Such a great spot too. I loved sitting on the deck listening to the ocean. Loved that there were so many places to eat walking distance away.

A great clean apartment with generous sized rooms. We stayed in Apartment 2, which is the middle floor. Nice balcony. We had a short walk to beach and enjoyed a true “Jersey Shore” vacation.
