This property sits on a beautiful 100' wide canal on the idyllic Isle of Capri with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. You'll feel relaxed in this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, two of which are KING BED Master Suites! The open concept Great Room features polished Italian Botticino Marble floors and the bedrooms, hand-scraped Moroccan Walnut hardwoods. There is a private Pool and Spa with covered Cabana featuring cool lighting, a fan and TV! Inside the house you'll find another seating area, a massive dining table, and a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances. If you prefer to cook out, there is of course a BBQ grill, and you can dine on the amazing 'Sky Deck' that looks out to Tarpon Bay! If you rent a boat while you stay (recommended) you can keep it in the covered private dock. You are just two miles from Marco Island and some stunning beaches. Three miles from the nearest golf course and less than twenty minutes from world class dining and shopping on 5th Avenue in downtown Naples! For the more adventurous, try exploring the Florida Everglades! In two hours, you can be in Miami, Tampa in three and Disney World in three and a half! There is even a ferry that leaves right from Marco Island that will take you to Key West for the day! If you enjoy the finer things and want to pamper yourself with exquisite accommodations for a relaxing getaway, Oliver's Oasis gives you the best of what Naples and Marco Island have to offer but with the laid-back feel of Key West!

The home was very spacious, clean and well taken care of, the kitchen was well equipped for us to cook meals for ourselves. The pool area had a nice pergola for morning coffee and evening cocktails and the pool was a great size and heated to a pleasant 82 degrees.

Lots of issues to deal with. The heater for the pool / spa was broken and once fixed days later he would not heat overnight so the pool never got to temperature to swim in. Multiple electrical, tv and cable issues so you could only use the Cabana during the day as a sitting spot. Talked to use about a rebate but never sent one.

This was your second visit to our home and I am sorry that this time was less than perfect, but these things happen. All I can do, is try my best to get any issues that come up, resolved as quickly as humanly possible. The pool heater is new and still under warranty. It did indeed fail and over Christmas. At great expense, I scrambled to try and get someone out on an emergency call to first to diagnose the issue, then order the parts, have those express mailed, and then have the tech return over the holidays to fix it. It meant that the spa and pool could not be be used on the Sunday or Monday, but you were enjoying the Spa by Tuesday afternoon. Infact you used the spa so much, that the heat pump never got a chance to heat the 20,000 gallons of water in the pool during the warmest daylight hours because it was heating the spa. Oh, and let's not forget to mention that the overnight temps that week were in the FORTIES, yes 40 degrees! unheard of in Florida and making it pointless to run the heat pump overnight. So, what few hours the heater was able to heat the water in the pool, it was insufficient to get it much above 78 degrees. As for the Cabana TV and lights, both were working perfectly days before your arrival. If you couldn't get them to work, you should have notified me immediately rather than 'playing' with the connections and in so doing caused me to have to replace both the cable box AND the TV. The lights needed only to be reset with a simple press of a button.

Great little Island/community. We were able to spend a lot of time outdoors and on our boat, the owner was accommodating. There is lots of space inside; rooms are spread out, and nothing feels crowded. The pool area was nice, and the pool was warm. Great stay!

Great home and great stay

Our group had a wonderful time at Oliver's Oasis. The location was great. Its a quick drive over to Marco's Island and we visited several great restaurants there. We also went Kayaking in the mangroves which was a 3 minute drive from the house. Lots to do in the area. Our favorite restaurant visit was the Island Gypsy which was a beautiful 15 minute walk from the house. The owner responded quickly when we had any questions or concerns.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood!

Three couples stayed here for a week to relax and enjoy some Florida sun. The house was plenty roomy for our needs. The pool and hot tub were awesome! There was nothing more we needed to be comfortable for a week other than food!

Great time for family spring break. Owner was very responsive and thoughtful. We rented a boat for the week from the local marina and moored it at the beautiful covered dock on property. Just a great stay. Will definitely return to this house.

This is a wonderful house with a beautiful outdoor setting by the pool. We were grateful for an abundance of towels and the provided necessities to get us started. We also appreciated the information provided about the appliances and other features. Unfortunately the freezer portion of the refrigerator was waiting to be repaired which was a little inconvenient. Enjoyed our stay. Go to Island Gypsy restaurant and bar. A fun experience

Amazing family vacation

Luxurious home in a quiet area. We took our kids and their two friends for spring break and the home was exactly as pictured. Slept us six very comfortably. Beautiful open concept with a great pool and lounging area. We enjoyed using the grill and all the amenities provided. Rented a pontoon boat which was very convenient leaving it right at the house. Close drive into Marco for shopping & restaurants but really enjoyed the quietness of Isle of Capri. Jeff was great to work with and responsive with any questions I had. Highly recommend Oliver’s Oasis!

Everything was beautiful, however we rented the place for the hot tub and pool and neither were up to temperature for the whole stay as they were supposed to be at so the pool and hot tub could not be enjoyed for our stay. The beds were comfy however the bedding was terrible with stains and pillows were very hard. Other than that the stay was good

Hello Cari, Thank you for your frank comments and I'm sorry that we encountered some problems on your return visit to our home. In fairness, I think we should mention that during your stay the weather in Florida was unusually cold, falling down to the 50's most nights and even into the 40's for a couple of nights, with daytime highs only in the upper 60's. The brand-new pool heat pump did indeed struggle to warm the pool. As for the spa, it's true, there was a problem with it, but we worked as fast as possible to get it fixed for you. There were I think 3 days when you couldn't use it. It's unfortunate, but these things happen. I'll mention your comments regarding the stain to the housekeeper to see how that was missed. I'm sure you discovered that there were baskets with fresh sheets, pillowcases and towels in the laundry. Best regards Jeff

Oliver's Oasis

The home was spacious, and well furnished. The pool and hot tub, and the lanai area were lovely. The home has a boat slip, and we rented a boat for two days from a nearby marina, and kept it overnight at the house in the slip. The location is convenient to Marco Island, as well as Naples. There are a few very good restaurants right on Isle of Capri, within walking distance.

Peaceful Paradise

We had a wonderful week at Oliver’s Oasis. The backyard is so peaceful. The home is very comfortable and every detail thought of. You will not be disappointed! Renting a boat from the marina and going to the beach on Keewaydin Island was a lot of fun. Love the Marco Island and Naples area, but really enjoyed being away from it all on Isle of Capri.

The property is breathtaking...Well maintained, showers are amazing !! We brought our boat from South Carolina and were able to store trailer just miles away . We had the most relaxing time surrounded by beautiful palms and emerald green water . Beaches nearby are amazing ! The owner was a phone call away for anything we needed ! 10 stars ⭐️

Great House!

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful and very clean house during January. Although the weather wasn’t as warm as we could have hoped for, the fireplace was a great feature and kept us toasty. The house had a great layout for adult families with bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the house. The sliding glass doors that opened up all the way onto the lanai really showcased the outdoor space and dock. We really enjoyed how quiet the Isle of Capri was and didn’t mind the short drive across the bridge to Marco Island.

Absolute Paradise

I cannot say enough good things about this property. We stayed with our family of 5. Two adults, 14, 11 and 8 year old. The house was clean. The pool and hot tub were great. The location is amazing. We rented a boat for the week and had a blast. Lots of dolphins, shells and gorgeous sunsets. Nice to be on Isles of Capri. Not busy like Marco Island and Naples. But still close to nice restaurants. We will definitely book here again.

Very clean. As advertised. Great communication with host. Lots of instructions provided. Only small issues were no TVs in bedrooms and not enough seating in the living room. We docked a boat at the house for the week and if you’re not familiar with the water in the Marco Island area it can be challenging learning the tides as a lot of places are inaccessible with low tide.
