Vibrant & Modern 2-BR Apartment between GLA/EDI!
Newly renovated to a high standard with a brand new bathroom installed for you to enjoy a nice hot shower! A clean and minimalist style kitchen & soft fluffy carpets. Includes access to WiFi and use of an Amazon Firestick so that you can catch up on your favorite movies & shows on Netflix!

The entire apartment to yourself means you can feel safe and secure in a friendly neighborhood and come and go as you please with self-check-in making it easier than ever!
- Please do not block the neighbors' driveways.
- Please be mindful of noise and respectful to our neighbors. There is a 10 pm noise curfew in the neighborhood. Neighbors may call local law enforcement if noise levels are excessive after hours.
- Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside or outside of the home. Smoking will result in a GBP 800.00 fee.
- Unauthorized pets will result in a GBP 400.00 fee per pet.
- Unauthorized guests will result in a GBP 400.00 fee per guest per night.
- We do not permit parties or gatherings at the home. Parties and gatherings will result in a GBP 1600.00 fee in addition to the unauthorized guest fees and immediate cancellation of your reservation with an escort off of the property by law enforcement.

Guests should know that we can sometimes accommodate early or later check-out times. Please message via the messaging system to inquire further. We do ask for a GBP 39.88 service fee for adjusting the check-in or check-out time.
