Based upon the reviews, the area was supposed to be a “quiet” family neighborhood but that was not our experience. Saturday night there was loud music from the neighbors outside until past midnight. There also was not enough towels for 4 people for 4 nights and we had to buy additional paper towels and toilet paper. If guests are going to stay longer, perhaps consider more towels/ washcloths and more disposable paper products. The owner was very good at communicating. She also was nice enough to refund a day when I had mistakenly booked it for too many days.

I'm sorry you feel that way but it is summer and even quiet neighborhoods have cookouts from time to time and listen to music, not sure if it was after midnight because it would’ve been shut down. There was a towel for everyone and you expected a new one for each day? Sorry that's never been an issue with other guests. No I don't provide paper towels anymore because I was left with a large plumbing bill eventually. So at this point I see it as a disservice to my business and will not be contributing in that way moving forward. Instead I left hand towels to use. I also left rolls of tissue to last you a few days and then you treat the place as your own and restock as needed. It seems you're the type that prefer hotel services and this is different. I'm sorry it didn't meet your expectations.

Clean and convenient

Clean property that meets needs perfectly for people who need a place to crash after a day of being out and about. It is close to eating places and parks. I would stay here again!

The place was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences nearby, which made the stay very convenient.A few things could be improved. The kitchen only had saucers instead of full-size dinner plates a few less usable cooking utensils than basic which made meals a little less convenient. The toilet was a bit wobbly, and the tub had some rust staining that gave it a more worn appearance than expected. The property also felt a little dated overall.Overall, we had an okay stay. With a few small updates this would be an even better place to stay. Its more like a 7/10.

Great host, communication great, location 20 minutes from stadium, 20 minutes from Newark Airport. Train nearby, no problem getting around for world cup. The place is clean. I will use again if we come back this way.

The place was great and accommodating, owner was easy to message and get a hold of. The only thing I wish was different was the access to a washer and dryer. 5/5 stars stay in West Orange
