Welcome to our cozy basement apartment! It is the perfect home base for your stay. The apartment has its own separate entrance, ensuring that you have complete privacy during your stay.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker.

Close to Washington DC, driveway parking and private entrance. It is right near the Beltway and Connecticut Ave. Entrance is from rear of the home down a flight of stairs.
