Spacious and bright three-room apartment, very comfortable on the beaches and in the center of Recco but located in a quiet setting, ideal for a long vacation or weekend at the sea.
Easily accessible by train or car (parking in the area ), the apartment consists of a large living area with sofa bed and open kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, 2 terraces.
Great location to also visit Camogli, Portofino, Cinque Terre, or Genoa with its aquarium.
The space
The apartment is in a condominium that is located in a nice residential area of Recco, with green area, playground equipped for children, and parking. The setting is quiet but you are close to downtown and the beach.
Guests will have the entire accommodation consisting of a large living room with open kitchen, hallway, double bedroom and bedroom, bathroom with shower, two terraces.
In the living room there is a double sofa bed and the kitchen is perfectly equipped to accommodate 6 people. The living area is very bright and from it you can access one of the two terraces, where you can have breakfast or sunbathe. The view is very pleasant and open on the greenery. The terrace has a sun awning.
The double bedroom has a closet with drawers and has access to the second terrace. In the bedroom there is a closet and two single beds that can also be stacked so as to have a single bed, as needed. A cot/camping box is available upon request for small children.
The windowed bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, and a central hot water is always available.
The apartment is furnished in a sober and functional way, and was totally renovated a few years ago.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire apartment on the second floor with an elevator. There are only three low steps from the entrance door to the elevator.
Other things to note
For those with small children, it is available upon request for free: a travel cot "Chicco Spring", a backpack for children "Chicco Caddy" and an Ikea high chair.
