Centrally located 3 miles from downtown Pensacola, sits this charming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home ready for your visit. This beautiful home was updated in 2023 to include all the amenities you may expect in a home away from home. Three bedrooms easily sleep six with two queen beds and one king bed. Fully equipped with high speed internet and all the furnishings you may expect. Fenced back yard perfect for pups or kids.

PETS: We love pets and allow them in some of our homes wherever possible. Please note cats are never allowed in our homes and pet fees apply for pups, as well as special approval for more than 2 dogs. Guests are asked to please pick up after your pets and be mindful of barking etc. Pet fees cover additional cleaning and wear but do not cover any damages to property. Guests are responsible for pet damages. No cats, breaking this rule will result in a $500 fine plus pet fee. No parties with minimum $500 fine and no smoking inside $250 minimum fine.
