-The pedestrian beach is a 2-minute walk. This home is located on a street parallel to Beach Drive for reference.

-This property is near great fishing spots, the jetties, restaurants, and stores for your convenience!

-Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional $50 upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over.

We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. This is out of our control however we this property has an entire house filtration and RO system installed for your convenience. The water quality is safe, but we have provided the RO system for cooking and drinking.
