Just a 2 minute walk from the beach! We welcome all special groups, Proms, churches, Corporate retreats, weddings...ETC. "Special rates may apply and owner's pre approval is a must, call 281 732 8800 before booking".

Special holidays such as Memorial day, 4th of July, Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas... Etc have a 3 minimum nights required and special holiday rates.

NEW EASY HANDICAPPED RAMP AND BBQ GRILL.

An amazing, beautiful, spacious and very comfortable home only one minute walk from the beautiful sparkling sand of Surfside Beach, TX. Fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances and a wine chiller for that perfect glass of your favorite wine. Very large bedrooms and a huge living room with comfy furniture to accommodate your large gatherings. Come have fun in our beautiful home and enjoy life at the Beach.

Pets are welcome in our home with an additional pet fee for ALL pets brought into the home. Pet fees are determined as follows:
Pets weighing less than 20 lbs., pet fee is $100
Pets weighing more than 20 lbs. pet fee is $150.

The only reason why we did not give a 5 Star is because of the issues we ran into upon arrival. However, the host was extremely quick to getting those issues taken care of. They delivered a Walmart order for things we were missing in the house and was even going to come in and clean if they could. I really appreciated that. That definitely made us feel better about the few issues we found.

There were some bugs at the entry could be because it’s a costal area and some items listed were missing like hand soaps and blow dryers. Overall was a good stay. Very close to the beach and had almost everything I needed for my stay.

The location of the property to the beach was excellent. The property itself was perfect for entertaining guests. The street was quiet and neatly kept. Overall our stay was enjoyable other than for the evening we arrived. There was a miscommunication - the cleaning service had us checking in on Friday instead of Thursday so the home was not totally ready for our arrival. The host and cleaning service were quick to respond to our concerns. The cleaning service immediately came in and did their best; but it did take some time to get the beds made; and to make sure the bathrooms were clean. That is all that they really had time to do. It was late and we had very cranky toddlers and a couple of older adults that needed to get settled. Loved the huge kitchen, the deck, and the short walk to the beach. It was nice that the hosts accepted our elderly pets and the ramps were great for all of us including the animals that could not manage the stairs. Parking under the home was generous & fit all of our cars. Being able to walk to the nearby restuarant via beach was a plus. WIFI and TV's were in good workng order. Maintenance staff came in during our stay and made sure the outside of the home was sprayed for insects, etc; the AC was checked for a leak and serviced and yard mowed. We could tell that the hosts were doing their best to keep the property mantained.

The rental was all that we hoped for with such a large family.

We were very pleased with the rental it was spacious and was very nicely located to the beach just a short walk away. The view from the wrap around porch was also very nice. We can't wait to make a trip back.

Beautiful property...It was the perfect size for our large family.

We were there for my daughters wedding. It was perfectly situated between the church and the reception. After the wedding, we spent a relaxing time at Heavenly Sunset. It was a great place to stay.
