BOTTOM FLOOR: garage area has room for 1 vehicle but also as a sports a casual area/fun room in the back section of our garage with a TV, Pinball Machine and cushy seating to relax while having some fun! Laundry room and wet bar with coffee machine is located between the garage area and the Twin bedroom suite on this bottom floor. This bedroom can be converted to a King suite so just ask!
Our backyard area has a large travertine, covered patio with sofa section, a table for 4, outside shower, large gas grill, and lovely grass covered backyard to enjoy a game of CORNHOLE with our awesome set.
The SECOND floor is the Kitchen with breakfast bar and 4 barstools, dining table that seats 6 and a couple of cushy chairs in the side nook as well. There is a large screen TV in the Kitchen/Dining room area as well as double doors opening up to an outdoor patio overlooking the front of the townhome. Our first King Suite with private bath and private balcony is also located on the second floor.
The THIRD floor you will find our living room loft area with large L-shaped sofa, fireplace and another TV for your enjoyment. Our second King Suite with TV, private bath and private balcony is also located on the 3rd floor as well as our Queen suite with TV, private bath with spa tub and private balcony.

ACROSS THE STREET: One of our most celebrated fine dining restaurant is located directly across the street from the Townhome. ELEVEN SOUTH Restaurant is a must during your stay in Jacksonville Beach so make your reservations before you come and just stroll across the street to dine! You will not be disappointed. The offer lunch and dinner.
