The oversized kitchen is a chef's dream. Fully stocked with premium offerings, including high-end Wusthof knives, Val Cucina multi-purpose oven, KitchenAid mixer, Vitamix blender, waffle iron, and a double-bay Ninja air fryer. Prepare your morning coffee exactly to your liking using our Chemex pour over, French press, standard drip, Keurig, or our espresso machine.

The outdoor space is what truly sets the property apart. The private heated pool is exclusively for guest use, and the summer kitchen makes the exterior feel like an extension of the home. This level of outdoor living, combined with the proximity to the beach, makes for an unforgettable beach getaway.

Our curated garage amenities let you step into the local beach lifestyle from the moment your arrive. Six beach bicycles are included with this rental, including bike baskets and helmets. Also included are six Tommy Bahama folding beach chairs, six oversized camping chairs, an eight-foot tall beach tent, a large rolling cooler, and a portable Bluetooth beach speaker with 24 hours of charge. Easily transport to and from the beach using our large beach wagon with balloon wheels, so you never get stuck in the sand. A beach football, volleyball, soccer ball, and a frisbee are also included.

Ready for a truly memorable getaway? Elevate your beach vacation with our six-passenger all-electric luxury golf cart—where comfort meets head-turning style. This golf cart is in a class of its own, featuring six all-forward facing leather seats, seatbelts, turn signals, Apple CarPlay and Bluetooth connectivity, an integrated sound system, LED lighting, and an built-in cooler on the back of the cart. The cart travels up to 15 miles per hour in Normal Drive, or up to 25 miles per hour in Sport Mode. The cart has a 40 mile max range. Get ready to cruise First Street with the ocean breeze in your hair!

Sleeping accommodations are anchored by a spacious primary suite, featuring a generous bedroom with blackout curtains, walk in closet with built in shelving, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and an oversized shower with bench. The second and third bedrooms are separated by a shared bath with double vanity. Each bedroom enjoys its own walk-in closet with built-in shelving. Each bedroom has its own smart TV.

The home includes a laundry room with a large washer and dryer. 12 beach towels are available for your use.
