With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths in this fresh coastal retreat, you'll enjoy a perfect setting for letting life slow down a bit and vacationing. This house is 6 blocks to the beach.

With TVs in every room, a kitchen completely stocked with all the cooking and entertaining necessities, you have all you need in this home away from home. The main bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom and luxurious king bed. The backyard offers a heated pool and water lounge ledge, outdoor living area, fire pit, outdoor ping pong table and corn hole.

This property is managed by Welcome Home Rentals of Jax Beach. We exclusively manage vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach so our team is always minutes away if guests have any issues or questions. Need additional accommodations? We have 2 to 8 bedrooms homes, most with private heated pools and several with fun game rooms. All can be seen on our below site. Ask about our weekly, monthly and multiple property discounts. We also partner with local beach bike and golf cart rental companies that will drop these off at the house. Welcome Home Rentals House Rules:

Primary renter must sign the renter agreement.

All pets must be approved and there is a pet fee. Additional pet fees may apply based on breed, size and number of pets.

All events must be approved.

Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. Unauthorized early check ins or late checks outs will be charged $100 per hour fee.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.

*** Pool heaters are turned off 5/15 - 9/15. Contact management 72hrs prior to your arrival to request pools heated.***
***Guests use pool at own risk.***

*Prices exclude minimum $300 security deposit.

The owner was so easy to reach out to and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable!! Even had firewood delivered on a chilly night :)

Little slice of paradise

We loved staying here! The house was beautifully updated and perfect for two couples + our babies. We enjoyed the outside area, it had nice landscaping and a gorgeous pool with surrounding area. It was a few blocks to beach but we just did a sunset walk. Might be a lot to do with all the beach gear if you were planning a full beach day. The master room was also really nice, comfy bed and great shower! Highly recommend a stay here if you’re visiting the Jax Beach area.

Great Relaxing Respite

Every detail describing this property is accurate. It is immaculate, well furnished, great amenities and walkable to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, the backyard, patio and pool are wonderful. Truly one of the best rentals we've stayed in in Jax Beach. Would definitely book again. Thank you to the owner and management company!
