Welcome to your beach house, Good Times! This Cape Cod Vacation rental home in Chatham is located in Hardings Beach Hills, just .4 mile to Hardings Beach and .2 mile to The Buck's Creek Association dock and picnic area. The home offers Central AC to keep you cool and WIFI to keep you connected.

Our home is nestled in the quaint Bucks Creek Association neighborhood and is just perfect for walking! We cherish our evenings out on the deck enjoying a meal together and watching the day turn into night. Sometimes we even walk down to the beach for a stunning sunset! However you choose to vacation , we hope you make wonderful memories that last a life time while here at our home.

Let Us Tell You About This Home:​​​​​​​
When you enter the home through the front door you will notice all of the lovely coastal details. To the left of the front door is an open kitchen/dining/living area. The chef in your group will be at ease in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and spacious granite countertops, perfect for preparing a family dinner. Your group can convene around the large dining table with seating for 10 and enjoy a wonderful family meal. The kitchen and dining area also offers a breakfast bar where you can grab a quick breakfast before heading to a day at the beach, or sip a libation while chatting and preparing a meal.

The living area boasts a large sectional couch with abundant and comfortable seating for all. There is a large flat screen TV in this room on an articulating arm so you can all gather here to watch a movie or the game, or push it back out of the way for quiet time!
The natural light flows into the living area via the large bay window overlooking the backyard and the sliding glass doors that lead to the deck.

Through the sliding glass doors, you will find a large deck with outdoor dining and a gas grill for preparing some freshly caught seafood. Gather here in the evening as the sun goes down, sip some wine, and relax. To the left of the deck is the fully enclosed outdoor shower offering both hot and cold water - there is nothing quite like washing away a day well spent at the beach in true Cape Cod fashion.

To the left of the dining area for your convenience there is a laundry room with a full washer and dryer and a half bath. There is also a second refrigerator here for any extra food storage needs your group may have.

Enter the formal living room via the kitchen or from the hallway beyond the front door of the home. This room offers a beautiful bay window, a fireplace, and plenty of seating where you can curl up with a good book.

On the right through the formal living room you will find yourself in Bedroom 1. This bedroom offers a queen bed, a full en suite bathroom with a shower and tub, and a large walk-in closet.

Up the stairs to the second floor of the home you will find 2 more bedrooms + a bonus room. Bedroom 2 is straight ahead and offers 2 twin beds. Bedroom 3 is down the hall and offers a Spacious Master bedroom retreat which offers a California King bed, flat screen and a sitting area- the 1st bonus room is at the top of the stairs on the right and has 2 twin beds. To the left down the hall you will find another full bathroom with a shower. iHome radio/alarm clocks in every room so each person can listen to their own music on their iPod or iPhone or ANY cell phone via USB OR wirelessly via Bluetooth.

To the right of the formal living room is a door leading to the lower level of the home. On this level you will find Extra Bonus Room #2 on the right, this room offers a queen bed and a sitting area and an en suite full bath with a shower. This level is also home to a game room - challenge the kids to a game of foosball, watch the game on the large flat screen tv, or even catch up on any work you may need to at the built in desk. You will even find a ping pong table in the unfinished basement. There is access to the backyard from this level as well where there is plenty of space to kick a ball around or set up a game of croquet!
Enjoy the newly built shed with Loft! A great place to store your bikes or kayaks, or a hangout for the kids!

This home is great for families who want space to spread out and partake in activities that they enjoy- be that visiting the nearby beach, having a barbeque, relaxing in one of the many sitting areas, or playing yard games. The home offers an option for everyone's idea of what vacation means to them!

Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included: Contains 2 rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, a sponge, and a starter amount of bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. A few locally sourced snacks are included as well (subject to change based marketplace availability).

This home offers Keyless Entry for your convenience.
NO SMOKING of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
NO PETS are allowed inside or outside the home.
Max parking of cars at property: 4. No parking on Lawn anytime. No parking on the Street at anytime.
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner.

State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.
