The Space:

This spacious home features two detached living units, each with its own fully equipped kitchen—ideal for families or groups who want space to spread out. After a day of outdoor adventures, unwind in the private hot tub or gather around the fire pit under the stars. Enjoy morning coffee on the enclosed patio, or lounge in the spacious yard surrounded by fresh mountain air and peaceful nature.



The home is stocked with all of the basic essentials you will need to enjoy the home and your stay! Things such as cleaning products, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, as well as hair dryer, clothing storage, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers and iron.

Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a stress-free stay—WiFi, cozy furnishings, and all the amenities that make it feel like home. The home features a 65” HD Smart TV with Roku capabilities that allow you to log into any of the streaming services you’d like. There is also a Bluetooth soundbar as well as an Xbox 360. The TV downstairs has cable as well, but the ones upstairs just have streaming. * PLEASE DO NOT UNPLUG WIFI ROUTER* Other great entertainment amenities the home has to offer include some books and reading materials, board games, foosball table. When the weather permits, you are welcome to use the fire pit out back. There may be wood left over at the home, but we do recommend that guests bring their own. Almost every gas station in the area sells them by the bundle. Please also enjoy our outdoor patio with furniture for you to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature.



With Hunter Mountain, Windham Mountain, and Kaaterskill Falls just minutes away, adventure is always close. Explore downtown Hunter or Tannersville for local dining, boutique shopping, and charming small-town vibes.

Guest Access:

Please enter from Pine Lane!!! The code for access is for the door off of the enclosed porch area. We recommend that you enter in “Pine Lane” to your GPS and follow until the road comes to an end. We are available for assistance with entry! Access from maple lane is steep with stairs, no access during winter months.

We have AC listed as an amenity, however there are only window units provided. There is no central AC.



** As most of the homes are on wells, there can be a slight sulfur or iron smell to the water. It is safe to use and consume, but bottled water is recommended if you're sensitive to that ***
