This home was prefect for my needs long term. A home away from home. Everything is so close—shopping, restaurants, entertainment and tourist attractions. In my case my family and friends. A quiet and safe neighborhood. Roomy backyard. Sara provides the essentials that will make your stay smoother She is a wonderful host. Can’t say enough good things about her. She has put so much charm and coziness into the home. She is very accommodating and responsive. Looking forward to returning next summer.

Cute house rental in Utica

This was a very clean rental. Everything was as expected and listed. It is decorated so beautifully! Sara was more than accommodating. Highly recommended.
