Come stay in your own personal Bohemian Treetop Sanctuary, a lush and lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of city life in Los Angeles. Nestled in the heart of Beverly Hills, this top floor corner unit is cozy yet spacious, beautifully bathed in natural light from the window and located in a historic art deco building reminiscent of the time of old Hollywood glam. You enter the building and pass through the lobby accented with vintage fixtures including ornate pillars, Spanish tile, wrought iron chandelier and railing. As you head to the apartment, you walk through hallways lined with the original, hand painted cherry wood doors from the 1920s and if you really want to go on a trip back in time, you can even take the still-functioning, cage-shaft elevator up to your place.

We know you may probably be spending most of your time out, but there are so many ways to relax in your new home away from home! Take a load off on the couch and watch the Apple tv, equipped with streaming platforms such as Netflix, Youtube and Hulu. Bonus: the tv swivels and you can also watch from the comfort of your bed! Enjoy the gorgeous view from your windows framed by flowers growing in the planter boxes and shaded by the trees outside. Make yourself a meal in the kitchen and enjoy it at the kitchenette table- Pavillion’s grocery store is about a 10 min walk away, not to mention plenty of other delicious restaurant options too! Have a game night and play one of the many board games provided. Do some work, or get ready for your day at the desk/ vanity nestled by the paneled, wooden closet where you can store your personal belongings. Freshen up in the brightly tiled bathroom, featuring the original, hand painted tiles from the 1920s. We are just minutes from upscale shopping, world class restaurants, museums, galleries and celeb spottings. Centrally located between Four Seasons, Beverly Hilton, Beverly Hills Hotel and Peninsula. Think of us as a mini 'Chateau Marmont' sitting on the 'Golden Triangle'...what more could you ask for?

This lush and charming building sits in the middle of LA's hottest spots. So you can enjoy the sunset/sunrise on the rooftop or go on a short walk for some sightseeing in Beverly Hills. We are just a 20 min. taxi/car ride to Downtown and 15 min taxi/car to Santa Monica Pier right on the sand). Beverly Hills is conveniently located between the beaches (Santa Monica, Venice and Malibu), UCLA (Westwood and Belair) and Central LA (Hollywood, Downtown Los Angeles, and Pasadena).
