I booked this Vrbo way in advanced for my CA trip, I have never had any issues booking properties for vacation but I arrived to the location and there was no instructions how to access property and was just what looked like an empty office building/hospital thing...I contacted host/Vrbo many times and I was left out in the cold for hours to the point where I had to hop back on a plane and go home, host didn't message me till around 24 hours after I arrived home and lost thousands I couldn't recoup due to this Vrbo, absolutely ridiculous
