Absolutely unacceptable, low maintenance, not as expected

We never stayed in this property, I complained and I have an open case about this issue, the maintenance of this property was very poor and I message the host about it, he was willing to refund me and I'm still waiting on that. The representative I spoke with yesterday and the day before said this is still in process, it has been more than 48 hours. I need to know or I will need to take further actions.
