When you walk in the living room, you will be amazed at the sweeping view of the ocean with wall to wall windows. This condo has been completely remodeled, with modern kitchen, modern shower, décor and furniture. Everyone falls in love with the giant sea turtle painting, it's like having an Aquarium in your Condo. Come play in the sand, relax and recharge your batteries with Vitamin Sea.

Important Property Updates
Please be aware of the following updates at this complex:
• The dirt/gravel lot is closed and being used for product storage.
• Beginning Monday, September 22, 2025, the West end parking lot will also be closed to guests and vendors due to construction equipment and weight restrictions.
• Guests bringing trailers or extra vehicles will need to arrange off-site parking. Paid parking is available at the Ramada next door, with QR codes posted in the lot for convenient payment.
• The pool will be closed through March 15, 2026 for maintenance.
We encourage guests to plan ahead for parking and amenity availability during these dates.

Hands down the best balcony views in PCB. I have stayed at many condos on PCB over the years and this is by far the best location for those who like to relax from the balcony and lookout onto the beach/ocean. Would definitely recommend this condo to family & friends, it was clean and had everything we needed! Host was responsive and very helpful! Ideal for a quick weekend getaway!

Beautiful room that was equipped with everything you could need if you want to cook a meal instead of going out. Great location. We walked everywhere we went in just a few minutes. No need to take the car out until you're ready to leave for home. We already have the room booked for next year!

Relaxing Fun Getaway

What a great place to get away for some relaxation. We enjoyed the extra long balcony sitting and watching the waves and sunsets. Not many people on the beach and it was like having a private beach to ourselves. We fell in love with the Turtle Picture. looking forward to coming back.

Great Beach Condo on the Florida Panhandle

This condo had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing stay at Panama City Beach - great views, convienient location, and a kitchen that had everything we needed to cook full meals. It was awesome. The condo was clean, well decorated and just a fun place to stay. We'll try to book this same condo the next time we plan a trip to PCB.

This was our favorite condo we have stayed in at The Continental. Easy check in. Decorated so cute! Fully stocked kitchen! Big balcony! Perfect location for the part of PCB that we like. The only thing we have a complaint with was the bed. It needs a new mattress horribly bad! Other than that it was perfect and we will definitely be back.

Spring Break on the Beach-FUN

Just like our first stay, this condo was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, and the beach access is perfect. We loved the pool and the kids had a blast. We'll definitely be back next year. One of the best parts was to see that The bathroom had been remodeled and was absolutely Stunning. Some renovations were being done to the Condo Complex but it didn't interfere with our stay.

I had an amazing stay at this condo! It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. The balcony was a true highlight—the view was absolutely stunning, and the rocking chairs made it the perfect spot to relax. This unit is absolutely perfect for a couple. We rented a sports car so the underground parking was nice. Plenty of parking spaces when we were there in October. The layout and finishes of the whole unit was very nice. The view off the deck was stunning and the higher chairs raised your eyeline so you weren't staring through deck railing all the time. Very nice touch. My only complaints are that the bed was super firm and the living room ceiling fan kept shutting off during the night and the light would turn on. Not ideal when you're asleep. May want to look into replacing that. Otherwise it was an amazing stay!

Happiness is a Day at the beach !

We got to experience a once in a lifetime snow event at PCBeach. WOW. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony. You feel like you're right on the Beach, only steps away. Very clean and furnished very nicely. Being able to walk to Pier Park was nice.

Beach Bash spring break 2025

This was our second visit to this stunning condo, and it never disappoints! The decor is absolutely amazing, creating a perfect blend of modern and beachy vibes. The newly renovated bathroom is simply the best beach-style bathroom we've ever seen—stylish, fresh, and beautifully designed. The spacious balcony is another highlight, offering incredible views and plenty of room to relax. The location is perfect, within walking distance to Pier Park and fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be returning!

Best view EVER!

Relaxing on the balcony with uninterrupted views of the gorgeous beach & ocean was my favorite part about staying in this condo. Just steps to the beach! 10/10! Needed a quick get-a-way for a change of pace and found a great place I want to come back to.Interior had beautiful art and decor. It was easy to believe you were swimming with sea turtles. New appliances in the kitchen led to a modern feel. The full room windows allowed for beautiful views to the beach.We spent a lot of time on the deck in the rocking captain's chairs and loved watching the amazing sunsets. It felt like we were in a Corona commercial. Beaches were clean and short walk to several restaurants and Pier Park. I'm going back. Recommend you check out this place.

Sue was available by text to answer questions. Check in was smooth. The unit was just as pictured. It is right in the middle of the building (3rd floor), and from the outside this unit seems to be larger than other units to the right and left. It has obviously recently been totally remodeled inside. Everything seemed new, including appliances. What stood out to me was the large balcony, one of my "have to have" for a trip to the beach as I spend a lot of time out there. The tall chairs were perfect to be able to look out over the railing to see the beach and water. (a previous unit in this building we stayed at 2 years ago had the regular sized chairs on balcony, which puts your line of sight right at the railing. This seemed dumb to me, and those chairs are still there in that unit. lol) There was some construction going on to the units to the right and left of us with scaffolding and some noise during the day, but nothing in front of our unit. I understand the need to update the outside of the building. A little noise at night as someone seemed to be doing remodeling to the unit right above us. But nothing we couldn't handle. This will definitely be our go-to unit when staying in Panama City Beach, as long as the price continues to be reasonable.
