The Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station is just a 10–12 minute walk or a 5-minute drive, offering seamless access to top destinations like Jumeirah Beach, Dubai Marina, and Old Dubai.

For added convenience, several bus stops — including the Dubai Mall Bus Stop — are within a 5-minute walk. Taxis and ride-hailing services (Uber and Careem) are readily available outside the building, ensuring quick and hassle-free travel around the city.
Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Late checkout without approval may incur AED 50 per 10 minutes.

Additional Fines – AED 1,000 per incident: Unauthorized or incorrect parking, improper disposal of trash, bringing unauthorized guests, disruptive behavior, or disrespectful conduct towards reception staff.
