About this property

Studio A (M&K’s Guest House)

Located in the heart of Panglao island is our 1700 sqm lot.

Despite the central location, being 10-15 minutes away from Alona beach as well as Tagbilaran, the Airport and various other beaches, it is a very quite place.

The guest room is beside a 8x4 m swimming pool and a gym.
Relax at this peaceful place to stay.

The space
Our property is approx. 1700 sqm.
The main house, room for rent, pool, gym etc are in close proximity.
Guest access
Guests have access to all parts of the space( I.e. rented room, gym, pool, garden area…)
Other things to note
We do have two generators to provide sufficient back up power in case of main power cut.
