There were always employees visible, cleaning the glass, around the pool, etc. We did not need to request anything. We enjoyed our stay! Ocean view from the pool was great and the place was clean.

Room smelled of cigarette smoke, very musty throughout condo. One bathroom shower was not usable due to broken soap dish. Master bath blinds were broken allowing for no privacy off 1st floor balcony, as we were by the pool and anyone could see in. Front door lock would lock sometimes and sometimes it would not. We were told it had a hiccup to just play with it. They brought duct tape and adding machine tape for me to repair blind. They also provided a lemon line scent spray for smoke smell. Communication was not very good. They never a replacement room or any type of discount. I have stayed in this condo 3 previous times, different condos. They were all perfect. I hate this stay was not the same as we were there for 7 days. Also the patio furniture was torn and not safe to sit in. I have pictures and phone records if needed. There was a bucket of cigarettes ashes and peanut hulls in a beach bucket on patio. Very disappointed.

Heaven at the beach

This place was wonderful! Very roomy and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils which is not often the case. We will definitely be back!
