some of the staff was rude and we had the baby get sick and needed clean bedding and they want us to take it to the front desk to get clean ones, on the last day a lady from the front desk was very polite and said she was sorry for the treatment we got, all so the bunk beds in the third bedroom need to be cleaned under the mattress

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you experienced some issues during your visit. We especially regret hearing about the experience with the bedding when your baby became sick. Had we been made aware of the situation at the time, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address your concerns and find a more convenient solution for you. We’re also glad to hear that a member of the front desk team was able to speak with you on your last day and extend an apology for how you felt you were treated. We also appreciate you bringing the cleanliness under the bunk mattress to our attention. We will make sure this is addressed with the housekeeping team. We do wish we had received this feedback during your stay, as our goal is always to resolve concerns promptly and make our guests feel comfortable and cared for. Nevertheless, we appreciate you letting us know and will use your comments to improve our guests’ experience. -NexResorts

Our host was great! Answered any and all questions very promptly! Will definitely rent from him again. Our condo was perfect! The close proximity to many restaurants was a huge plus since the weather was so terrible.
