Located on the 15th floor, this high-rise condo commands a breathtaking ocean view. We've decorated your suite to an elegant but welcoming standard, perfect for that family outing or romantic escapade.

Your accommodations include:
Living Room: A queen-sized sleeper sofa, breakfast bar, reading chair, dinette, entertainment console and a UHD LED Smart-TV.

Kitchen: Top-of-the-line Gallery appliances in stainless steel: refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Area is wrapped gracefully by granite counter-tops with gentle pendant lighting.

Bedroom: A full-sized king mattress with overhead fans embrace your slumber. We provide full sets of fresh blankets, bedspreads, towels, linens and mats to ensure the comfort and hygiene of your stay. A UHD LED Smart-TV is front-and-center for your entertainment.

Bunk beds: Kids and more casual sleepers will enjoy two twin-sized bays each with lighting and 24" LED Smart-TV.

Bathrooms: Two units outfitted with rainfall and hand showers. Each bathroom offers travel-sized shampoos, and lotions (and a supply of toilet paper). Hand-held hair-dryers also present.

Amenities: Fast wireless Internet. Elevator core, and laundry pods very close by. Fine kitchen utensils, bar stools, decorative items and board games have been added. A Key-less entry system ensures your individual security for the duration of your stay. No worries about lost keys or late-night lock-outs.

Everything about our stay was the best! The host was very responsive and informative. The room was clean and had all the things you would need for your trip. The view and location was perfect and close to everything. The hotel has 3 different pools and 2 hot tubs. In my opinion I wouldn't stay anywhere else but here.

A perfect balance of fun and relaxation

My husband and two children had the best time staying here! It has all the amenities-multiple pools, hot tubs, tiki bar, restaurant on site and beach front view. The beach is just an elevator ride downstairs. Host was super responsive and accommodating when I needed to change dates slightly on trip and also helped me find something last minute for friends to stay in building. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location,

This was our first visit to Destin but hopefully not our last! The condo was well furnished with all the essentials and all kitchen appliances appeared to be new. Everything was spotlessly clean.

Bob’s condo was just perfect. You couldn’t have asked for a better view and location. Everything that you needed was all there in the condo. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay. Bob made everything especially checking in with ease. He was very easy to get in touch with and answered any questions I had right away. I would definitely book this condo again in the near future.

Great family vacation condo

Pros: Cute condo with amazing views. Spacious condo and had lots of kitchen necessities. Owner prompt with responses. Security on property was very visible. Great family vacation spot. Cons: Only negatives were lack of bath towels for family of 5, ocean front pool and hot tub closes at dusk, musty smell in condo, not enough toilet paper in restrooms for longer stays.

Perfect stay. Gorgeous view

What a beautiful 15th floor ocean view. We were so pleased with easy check-in. Excellent communication with the host. If you are planning ahead make sure you call and set up for beach service. We decided night before that we were stopping in Destin before heading to Orlando. We called ahead. Beach chairs still available but we were on the 3rd row which still offered a perfect view. Bar service starts at 11am. Only downfalls are: located on 98 which is super busy just about all times of day but that’s expected from a beach tourist area. Also the bed was very firm which some may like some may not. Overall we loved it!!

Taking advantage of a family of snowbirds.

My wife, 3, 6, and, 8-year old's drove 14 hours from Chicago to enjoy Destin and the awesome Pelican Beach Resort in which this condo is located. The weather can be hit or miss down in Destin in December, but the condo has 4 heated pools and 3 hot tubs to choose from. One of the heated pools is even indoors! Perfect for my small kids, and for those colder days. Now imagine arriving after a long day of travel and seeing ongoing construction, painting, and maintenance around 3/4 of the property. 3 out of 4 pools CLOSED. 2 out of 3 hot tubs CLOSED. Ok well let's make the best of it right? When we headed to the only pool available, we were walked thru a tunnel of scaffolding with wood dust, paint chips, drop cloths, and metal fencing with "do not enter", and "Pool Closed" signs. Sounds of hammering, saws cutting decking, scraping of metal, with the occasional nail gun firing could be heard. The only pool open was warm at times but large. The only hot tub available had a huge sign that read, "CHILDREN 15 years old and younger are PROHIBITED from using this hot tub." We also bought steaks and burgers to cook at the resort on their gas grills that are made available to guests, but those too were off limits due to the scaffolding and floating debris. We specifically chose this location back in October because we knew it had options for our kids if the surf was too rough or temperatures weren't ideal. Bob never mentioned any of this information. 4 messages were sent by Bob on the VRBO app before we arrived and none of this maintenance was ever disclosed. Nothing was mentioned anywhere of the work being done. I messaged Bob when we arrived to express our displeasure and he wasn't even available. Instead, his wife Eta responded stating she felt terrible and refunded us 50% of our room rate. She continued to say that they had no idea this was going on and the condo board only advised them that some activity was scheduled for "sometime in December". Yet when riding in the elevators on the property and hung in the lobby, were detailed schedules of their painting project and boardwalk replacement and the document was outlined with specific dates ranging from September 19, 2022 - May 26, 2023. We would of never of chosen this condo had we known of this scheduled maintenance. I can't help but feel as if this was done intentionally to get some money during an unrentable time. During normal operations this place is awesome. I advise to call the condo first.

The view from this condo is absolutely stunning. The condo itself is perfectly decorated and maintained extremely well. Pelican Beach resort staff was cordial, helpful and pleasant. The owner of the condo is extremely accessible and very kind. I would like to recommend this to everybody, and I know I will be going back often.
