Fantastic vacation

This property met all of our needs. It was close to the beach, the pool and it was quiet. I loved the lanai with the big sliding glass doors opening up to the kitchen and living room. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was fantastic

We loved staying in this villa. It was clean, perfectly located on the beach and the staff and guests were friendly. The three bathrooms was a nice touch for a large group and we all had our own space and privacy. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for easy, relaxing time away

Condo is great, really comfortable and well appointed. Property and area are lovely, particularly great for families who want a relaxing time swimming in the bay or sitting poolside. Easy to plan on hitting one of the nearby (10-15 min drive) grocery stores and grilling at the pool or cooking in the very modern, totally updated kitchen.

Ko Olina Villa

We loved our trip to Ko’ Olina and this villa was amazing! It has all the amenities in a very beautiful part of the island. It had pool and beach toys/chairs stocked that the kids loved! The pool and pebble beach were so fun and the gardens on site were beautiful. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone!

Wonderful Hawaiian Vacation

We loved our stay here. The property was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of provided amenities to enjoy the beach. There were plenty of towels and the bedding was clean and fresh. Parking was easy and straightforward. The location is perfect next the the lagoons and Aulani. It’s in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing. We can’t wait to go back.

Getaway to Paradise!

This property was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were big and spacious and the views were gorgeous. It was right on the beach and had great pools, hot tubs, places for grilling. It was definitely not crowded. If you want room to breathe and a beautiful lagoon to swim and snorkel, this is the place!

My family absolutely loved Ko Olina Beach Villas. I’ve been there before at another condo. This condo showed a little more usage and would have been nice to have additional condiments but everything else was perfect.

Great location and property!

Location is great! Feels secluded from the crowds in the city and only short drive from the airport and main attractions. The marketplace located in Ko Olina was very convenient and had some nice spots to grab a bite or snack. The lagoon where the property is located never felt too crowded. Unit came equipped with everything we needed for the week: towels, utensils, plates, pans and toiletries. Check-in was a breeze and very easy. Would stay here again on our next trip.

Perfect Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay! We are a family of four, two sons, 16 and 18 years old; therefore, having their own bedroom and bathrooms was very nice and peaceful ;) We loved how the back patio doors filled the back wall looking out to the pool. We kept them open whenever we were at the place letting the beautiful fresh ocean air in. The location was perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle of the Waikiki area, yet, able to get to many of the beaches and hikes, tourist attractions with a quick drive. There are also many restaurants in walking distance. The pool and the tiki bar were great! Live music in the evenings was a plus. The unit itself was very clean, organized efficiently, had beach chairs, coolers to use, comfortable. We would definitely recommend this location and unit!

We’ll be back!

My wife and I spent eight nights at this property with four of our children ages 5 - 18. Beautiful! Probably not the right place if you’re looking for night life, but for a family, it’s perfect. We spent one day in Waikiki…that was enough for us. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation, this is the place. Thank you Joan!

Family Trip 3 years in the making!

We had an amazing time at beach villa 407! We tried to go three times due to Covid restrictions and it was worth the wait! The grounds were breathtaking and we had everything we needed! The beds were super comfy! The pool area does get pretty noisy with kids in the afternoon and evening, so if you are looking for quiet and peaceful, this is not the villa for you! We had an amazing week at Ko Olina!

Phenomenal

We always stay at a similar place to this when we come to Hawaii. The room was as nice as any we’ve been to. I don’t feel like the pictures did it justice with respect to the size. Normally, we find that there is something we need in the kitchen that they don’t have. Not the case here. Really nice and they addressed everything we could need. We’d certainly look to stay here again.

Paradise Found

Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay in Ko Olina. The condo was roomy and very comfortable. The view was beautiful of the ocean and the grounds. We appreciated the helpfulness of our contact person. The ocean bay #2 was exquisite for swimming and snorkeling. We were so grateful to return to Ko Olina after visiting the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. There are many amenities (stores, gas) nearby for convenience. It was a priceless trip!

Wonderful experience

We come to Hawaii every year. Our family of 8 stayed together and we had plenty of room. Beautiful view! The condo was taken care of very well. We ordered Instacart for groceries and that was very convenient. My only complaint is that the sofa bed mattress was not very comfortable but that is typical for a sofa bed. We will definitely be staying again.
