The Ko Olina Beach Villas are situated along one of the most beautiful beaches on Oahu and the only place in Hawaii where you’ll find four crystal clear lagoons and white sandy beaches just a short stroll from your villa. The alluring property is located on over 640 acres of lush tropical landscaping with waterfalls, fountains, koi ponds, marina, award winning restaurants and a top-rated championship resort golf course.

This luxurious villa is spacious and elegant and designed with the finest accommodations. Enjoy the cool tropical breeze and breathtaking views over the pools and turquoise water of the Pacific Ocean from your villa lanai. A gourmet state-of-the-art kitchen designed by Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi features stainless steel Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and for your convenience a Bosch washer and dryer laundry center. For your comfort the master suite has a king size bed and the second suite has two twin size beds, that can be converted to a king size bed. Your villa has two full bathrooms with the master bath featuring a soaking tub where you can relax in luxury.

Summary House Rules (subject to updates)

• Only registered paying rental guests, Owners, and Owners registered guests are allowed in common areas such as pool & spa areas, BBQ areas, and Fitness Center, or in private Villas.
• The total persons allowed in villa is six.
• NO SMOKING (including e-cigarettes) in the Villa, on open lanais and common areas.
• Towels or clothes may not be draped over railings and furniture on the lanai and no overnight sleeping, drying racks, toys, or beach equipment, etc. may be left on lanais.
• Vehicles must be parked in assigned stalls within the lines and display a valid parking permit. If your vehicle is too large to fit in your stall, please see the front desk.
• No excessive noise or nuisances are allowed anywhere on the premises which may disturb the comfort and quiet enjoyment of others.
• Garbage must be tied up in trash bags before dropping down the trash chute. Large trash and recyclables may be taken to the receptacles on the ground floor. No items may be left in the hallways, ie. garbage, footwear, beach equipment.
• Recreational Facilities are for the exclusive use of registered owners and guests.

Lap Pool and spa - 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. – Quiet zone and lap swimming
Lagoon Pool and spas – 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Barbeque Use – 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. – Please adhere to posted instructions
Fitness Center – 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The following rules apply to recreation areas. In the event of an emergency, please call 911.
Pools/Spas:
• No LIFEGUARDS are on DUTY use at your own risk.
• Only persons who are able to swim or are directly supervised by competent swimmers are permitted to enter the pools.
• No diving, jumping, running, horseplay, ball throwing or unsafe behavior at any time.
• No boogie boards, air mattresses, or large flotation devices. Swimming aids are fine.
• No person subject to involuntary bodily function discharges is permitted to use the pools without effective swim diaper protection.
• Any person with an infectious or communicable disease should not use the pools/spas.
• No glassware/other breakable items are allowed on the pool decks or BBQ areas. No food and beverage is allowed in the pools or spas.
• Poolside furniture is on a first-come/first-serve basis; items may not be “reserved” and unattended items will be removed after 30 minutes. Pool towels are required over chaise lounge cushions for sanitary reasons.

Fitness Center - It is strongly recommended minor children not utilize any fitness equipment unless directly supervised by an adult familiar with the safe and proper use of such equipment.
