two bedroom condo sleeps 6 persons

This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has one queen bed and one set of bunk beds. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Excellent location, clean rooms, quiet but can walk to everything
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, quiet and roomy. Fireplace and balcony are nice and unlike some balconys, this one feels private and has excellent views of the creek. Washer and dryer in room are a plus. Was able to walk to Gatlinburg and also walk to the trailhead for hiking in the GSM park. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Park Place. It is so affordable. They are not the most up to date but they are clean and a great location. My only complaint was that I could never get hot water in the master bathroom sinks.
