The unit has a King master bedroom with jacuzzi tub and tiled walk-in shower. Second bedroom has two full beds and there is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Adult getaway

Perfect location for a downtown Gatlinburg experience. The condo was clean and just as pictured. It was in a great location for hiking the Gatlinburg trail, restaurants, activities, and escape rooms. No issues with anything and we had a wonderful time. Would stay again!

Wonderful condo

We had an awesome stay in this condo. It is quiet but still right in the middle of everything! We only drove once to go to pigeon forge. Otherwise, you can walk to all of the best parts of Gatlinburg. We hope to stay again soon!

Very nice!!

We enjoyed the condo! It was spacious and clean! Great location. The elevator to the Parkway was fabulous!! The beds were so comfortable. It felt like home. We would definitely choose to stay there again when we come back for a visit!!

Perfect Getaway

This condo was perfect for my little family. We could easily take the baby in his stroller to the Parkway. It’s very convenient to everything. The condo had a great view, very clean, and great crawl space for my 11 month old. We will definitely be back next Spring Break!

Christmas in Gatlinburg

We had a GREAT Christmas, all the lights were MESMERIZING!!! We had a couple of issues at our condo but the owner was VERY RESPONSIVE and made everything right ASAP! Would 10/10 recommend this property! Management is wonderful and the condo is super nice!! We will definitely be returning customers!

Condo was roomy and well equipped, towels were great. Even had a big bear down on the porch one evening. Bed was comfortable, and she is very particular. Exceeded expectations. Walk right down to the street, ride the elevator up, perfect. We will be back.

Property was nice. Condo was nicely appointed but very dark. Owner might want to replace standard bulbs with brighter LED lights. Bathtubs aver VERY slippery.

Likdd: closeness to venue attended. Very spacious, too spacious, for 2 people. Close to a variety of restaurants. Needs to kmprove: description of where the property is located, high on a hill, up a steep driveway. Explain how the TV works ( never did figure out) not a location for people who walk with canes.

Attending Nail Tech Event of the Smokies

We loved everything about the place, but we did have a problem with ants the last couple of days. They were coming in from the outside. Also, there were dishes left in the dishwasher, but they were not clean. We had to wash them all before being able to use them.

Location was perfect; we were close to the National park entrance so driving in to the park was quick & simple and also close enough to Gatlinburg to walk everywhere from the condo and avoid the car traffic and looking for parking. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, furnished and appointed to make our stay very comfortable! Will stay here again.

Condo was awesome good view of the sunset from the balcony! Super easy walking distance to town. Unfortunately the elevator to street level was under maintenance for our trip, but a short trek down the hill and your in the thick of it! Definitely recommend Howard’s for at least 1 lunch/dinner!!

The condo was great inside, except couldn't figure out how to make the shower work in one bath. The parking lot is not convenient to the unit. But the biggest drawback that we couldn't have anticipated is that it is located up a steep driveway from the main parkway. Way too steep to walk down, unless you are part mtn goat!..

Broken elevator

Overall, the stay was great; however, the elevator which leads to the Parkway was out of service the entire visit. This meant we had to drive to the Parkway and pay to park as not all our family could get up and down the steep climb. Part of the perk staying here is the easy Parkway access. Unfortunately, this inconvenience cost us a lot in parking fees.

Nice location near convention center

This place was clean and relaxing. The only small thing I wished for was a better pan for cooking eggs. It seems like the pan they had was once a good pan but simply is just old. But I just made it work. It had everything we needed and the host was so kind and responsive! I would stay here again for convention!
